Unfortunately, this is the structure of the default shortcodes which the Visual Composer will create for our Slider. You can use this shortcode and insert everywhere you want to our website, using the do_shortcode method, according to our documentation here -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/ If you want to change the structure of this shortcode, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option for that, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

What I can tell you is that like my colleague explained above, the theme works properly with the specified video channels. It can not be expected to provide favorable results with all the existing channels, some may work and others not.
If you decide to use the theme’s mobile theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ this has options to insert the ad code in order to display on mobile. It is also specified there that Visual composer page builder elements were intentionally removed from the mobile theme, for increased performance, so it may not render shortcodes or any Visual composer elements. The same page content from desktop will be displayed on mobile if you do not use the mobile plugin, the theme is fully responsive. Everything is tested and is working like it should. But if you are using other mobile plugin with favorable results, you can keep using it, but we can not give you configuration recommendations since no other mobile plugin was tested with the theme.

This is the default theme implementation: https://www.screencast.com/t/oUUgCl90smuz As you can see the post pagination is above all the other elements. On your end you probably use a plugin that places the content above the pagination.

The news ticker is a block element like any other. It does not ahve any special implementation. You can add it to a page using the add element button in visual composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/TdRllYJVE
None of the theme blocks have any functionality to add them across the whole website. This can be done if you want using a do_shortcode function by altering the theme files though if you have the proper coding skills.

Pages are created using elements from the Visual composer editor – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ and have these templates available – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ You can find all the theme documentation here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ If you still need help, please provide more details about what you are looking for, so I may be able to give you a solution.

If you want to create a page with all Authors, you should use the Author box from the Visual Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iLIeMR4uj Also, if you want to use a do_shortcode method, switch the VC editor to classic mode and there you will see the shortcode, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MR1qY40xa
Unfortunately, for a single author, the theme does not have any shortcode, sorry!

In order to figure out which plugin causes the error, simply remove all of them and clear all caching. Then run some tests. Visual composer and revolution slider are known for not having full php 7 compatibility but they are working on it as they have added compatibility in each of the previous versions, but unfortunately it is not a simple thing to make and you cannot add it all at once as you cannot know all of the situations that can show up and this is done over multiple updates. From the theme side, we already implemented full php 7.0 compatibility. I cannot provide any solution for the plugins however as we are not allowed to modify the plugins code as it breaks our license agreement.

It seems the black color is coming from your end. The theme css does not apply as it is rewritten by either a custom css in the theme panel or a plugin css.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

First of all, please ensure that you have made your theme installing via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also, if the problem is still there, please check your backend of your website and check the Big Grid to be in full row, with layout 1/1. Clear all your caches and check the results. You can provide your website.

1. There is no way to add 2 columns on mobile. The mobile version was created with only a single columns. no matter how many you create in visual composer, only 1 will show up on mobile. Please use this guide for the recommended column layout: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
2. The front-end editor was disabled in our theme so only the back-end one can be enabled.

Please try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if used, then check again. If this does not fix the problem, you could do a fresh install with the latest version using the ftp method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and install only the recommended plugins that come with the theme. Also make sure you use the latest Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

You should only use visual composer. Our new page builder is experimental and not a final version. We removed it because most people believed they should remove visual composer and only use our builder. This is not the case. The tagdiv composer is momentarily not available so you can only use visual composer.

In order to reset cdn files you must use a cdn server like cloudflare for example but if you do not use a cdn then you do not have to do anything in this regard.
