Please make sure that you have set the Instagram account as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please replace the current account Instagram with cocacola and see if there are some improvements, if yes, set back your account.

tagDiv Composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to write the post content, for this, you need to use the WordPress editor.
You can edit the page with TD Composer in WordPress->Pages => https://www.screencast.com/t/AMOjYCA7Q7p, or in front side.

The footer template can be edited only from the frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer, or if you want to assign one, use the Manager => https://www.screencast.com/t/GllWehU3l (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in the backend). When this message appears “ Errors at columns: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a code that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. Please remove the code and see if the problem persists.

Please check if you use the last WordPress 5.6 version with a last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1 and check to see if the problem persists.
If you have the last version a the theme and WordPress, you will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also, you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

What I suggest is to try this on staging or sub-domain to not affect the live website and after the update is stabilized you can change it on the live website.

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, you are referring to the mobile page.
First, you need to change the mobile page from Homepage/Pages to “No mobile page”, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/JAK83XBAphN and also for Templates you need to set on “No mobile template”, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lkpRKtrzy4N .
After these settings, you can remove the mobile templates and mobile pages.
To remove the mobile pages you need to go in WordPress -> Pages -> select the filter SELECT ALL TYPE on Mobile and apply filter => https://www.screencast.com/t/cdcpsi3AnsSl, and to delete the mobile templates go in Cloud Templates -> select the filter SELECT ALL TYPE on Mobile and apply filter => https://www.screencast.com/t/vJaLJ8SKer0.

Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
