Hello,
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, in your screenshots, you have the same category set in the category filter.
To display the posts from the same category, please select Single- Related by category => https://www.screencast.com/t/A4t8zVEaFsA
Thank you!
Hello,
Normally, the auto ads should display in a single post template, too. Using auto ads those will be automatically placed where they fit correctly => https://i.imgur.com/qX36kT0.png
Therefore the theme doesn’t have any control over those type of ads.
What I can suggest is to set some normal ads in your Single Post Content.
Thank you!
Hello,
That’s weird because the settings made with tagDiv Composer should apply. Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand exactly what you mean by “I cannot post a new topic even though I have support.” can you provide more details?
Can’t create a forum topic?
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use tagDiv Composer, for posts, if you use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, but if you have a standard template from Theme Panel, then you can’t use it.
Also, for Custom Post Type you can’t use tagDiv Composer.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
For this, you can use a mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/, which can be edited with tagDiv Composer, and you can set the ad for mobile.
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

Hello,
You can assign a header template to be Global =>https://www.screencast.com/t/s7VRp0MlMZ6u for posts/pages you want to be normal, and you can assign a particularly header where you want to be different. You can import a header from Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer -> Manager (Website Manager) => https://www.screencast.com/t/ve28HofeRX

Hello,
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand exactly what you mean by ” some elements ‘sort of’ incorporate it, but most don’t, and the ‘sort of’ isn’t incorporated very well”, Can you provide more details?
Thank you!
Hello,
With tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date in Single Post Template and
you can change the additional text in “Last updated on” => https://www.screencast.com/t/EvfUQMfzkd , and the Single Post Modified Date will show you the last time you edited that post => https://www.screencast.com/t/j74uz43paZj
You can change the position of the elements as you want them to look.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Normally it should not be related to the version used. Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi,
To comment on the code add this symbol at the beginning /* and then at the end */ as is done in the screenshot.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please ask your host if it has a cache plugin installed, if so, then it may not recognize the version it displays.
Thank you!
Hello,
Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to save the template/page, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello,
Did you install a Pro Prebuilt Website or a standard Prebuilt Website?
Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
We need to take a look, so please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com.
Provide:
– wp-admin URL and cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello,
it looks like you have activated the mobile theme plugin.
The mobile theme plugin uses a standard layout for mobile to make it faster, but for this, all your pages need to be remade using the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes (blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
