Hello @webowner001 !
Edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer and you can change the name/logo from that header.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!

Hello!
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active (for default templates).
Thank you!
Hello!
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contains less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello Dave!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello!
If you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
Thank you!
Hello @monopick !

Hello @nena76!
You build the menu with ID links and not the link of the whole page.
So, you should change the links in the mobile menu: https://prnt.sc/NkzF4HvZOZ4j

Hello!
1. I mean, copy the text from your page and paste it into the tool for verification.
I’m not sure how you use the tool or what the theme should implement in order to work with and be compatible with that tool.
2. YES. In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad Box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
3. For some ads, they have a code in order to make them communicate: https://prnt.sc/vW7OxJAMGPGN
4. See point 3.

Hello!
No. You can have different template for each category: https://prnt.sc/3LA4lm_LB7N5
In order to have different style for every category, you need to duplicate the category template, give it another name, and assign it to the special category. Each category will have a different category template. See https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ for more information.
Thank you!
Hello @clavihl !
Unfortunately, we do not have this feature in our theme.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
1. I’m not sure how they copy-paste the text or the elements code. If you copy-paste the text, then it should be recognized, otherwise no.
2. If you want to use adsense ads on your website, then you should add the code of your ads in our elements. Also, there is a js code which makes them communicate, so that the images and the text from the ads are recognized.
I hope that makes sense for you.
Thank you!
