Hello @FranciscoGonçalves!

Did you enable this option: https://app.screencast.com/jk3fJflUJfilp ?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Unfortunately, you can not change the heading for that title. A workaround there could be to add the column title shortcode and change the heading there:https://app.screencast.com/AOBkdZ4n33aX1 -> https://app.screencast.com/nLwXeQfkWOIyo

Thank you!

Hello!

I’ve tested the latest theme version, and this feature should work well. Make sure the tagdiv plugins are up to date. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

1. Can you please provide a screenshot with your issue?

2. Yes, you can upload webp images. If your image is in a webp format then please enable it also in the theme panel -> block settings ->thumbs on modules/blocks.

Thank you!

Hello!

Did you check any of these possible causes? Try to change the PHP version and make sure you meet all these theme requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please address this issue with your host; they may also guide you.

Hello!

Yes, it could be.

Hello!

It could be from their browser cache. Let them try from those devices on an incognito file from Chrome.
All the needed settings are the ones mentioned above.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you use cloud templates and did not set up to take the ad from the theme panel, it won’t display. I’m not sure how you set your ads, but please set it as I described above and then it should work well.

Thank you!

Hello!

That original image is not that sharp as it should be. If you upload an image smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM

Thank you!

Hello!

Make sure that the theme files have the correct permissions. Also, let the host provider know about those issues; maybe he can guide you. Hello!

It should work if you use the News Week demo. The categories have a mega menu set there: https://app.screencast.com/PzG0FrnwTUnQo. More info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
If the menu is set as in the demo and the issue is still there, then make sure there is a not a plugin conflict. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

Here are the settings: https://app.screencast.com/PBR57aaBPGPhx to align your image. Make sure you selected the full size when you upload the image: https://app.screencast.com/Htic7AsNdtGt3

Hello!

Unfortunately, I can’t see your website page because your website is in maintenance mode.
Should the tags be set as tag names, or should they not?
Try to set only the name of your categories(category) and not the name of your CPT. Also, make sure you selected a category for your posts in Gutenberg.
Unfortunately, you can not edit the default templates with the tagdiv Composer. The default templates settings are in the theme panel settings, or you need custom code, which I do not recommend. For example, you can use the templates of the default demo PRO.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
You need to optimize your website:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Here are some tips to help you enhance your WordPress site’s page speed:

Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.

Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache, WP Rocket, or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve users instead of dynamically generating them each time.

Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize, WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.

Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.

Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.

Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page’s loading time.

Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.

Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.

Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
Limit the number of backups: https://app.screencast.com/M5Wco6Td6nymr

By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.

Hello!

We have an option for optimization in the theme panel: https://app.screencast.com/rlTqIWeba8MoI
Do you have it enabled?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

You can make the footer row sticky at the bottom only on those pages. Duplicate the footer template and manually assign the sticky footer template only for those pages from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/, and set the normal footer as global.

Thank you!

Hello!

You can not edit and customize the Mobile theme with the tagdiv Composer.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
