Hello!
I’m not sure what you mean exactly. Do you mean copy content for the mobile pages? https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Hello!
I’ve requested an option to choose the depth level to be added in the next update.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Yes. You are right! We will add this option in the next update.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Please provide me with more information(screenshots/video) about the issue and what you want to achieve.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please edit the page with the tagdiv Composer and add a Flex Block with the filter Search: Current Search and check if it works. I’ve tested the latest update, and it seems to work well, especially the posts loop and flex block shortcodes.
You can also set in the post type: post.
Thank you!
Hello!
A helpful guide how to install a prebuilt website is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
You should also change the name of your listings and taxonomies to display the correct ones you created.
All the pages can be edited using the tagdiv Composer. There you can customize each page or element using the options available. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello!
The multiple terms filter option shows posts from one or more categories by introducing the category IDs separated by commas. In your case, please add the current category ID, too.
About the tags, there is only a filter by tag slug where you add the tag slug, and I will display only the posts that have that tag.
Thank you!
Hello!
It’s linking to the pages, but those pages are created with the tagdiv Composer. This Mobile Editor does not recognize a page builder so the tagDiv Composer shortcodes cannot be rendered. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Thank you!
Hello!
Use a shortcode with an image link option, such as a single background or single image.
Thank you!
Hello!
The newest theme update doesn’t include any feature to decrease your page speed.
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Limit the number of backups: https://app.screencast.com/M5Wco6Td6nymr
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
I recommend you use fewer features on the page so there will also be fewer requests.
Improving page speed in WordPress is crucial for providing a better user experience and optimizing your website for search engine rankings. Here are some tips to help you enhance your WordPress site’s page speed:
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve users instead of dynamically generating them each time.
Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.
Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can also enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.
Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page’s loading time.
Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.
Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.
Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
Ads can significantly impact the speed of your WordPress website since they often involve loading external resources and scripts. You can try to limit the number of ads, optimize ad sizes and formats, and implement lazy loading on your ads.
By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.
Thank you!
Hello!
Disable this option: https://app.screencast.com/26hJlULIyBf5m
I see that you have the name of the author only on the related articles(articoli correlati) in single template.
Thank you!

Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
There are multiple shortcodes and some code that you can not add in the Slide shortcode.
Unfortunately, there are no settings to achieve something like that, only if you can do it by custom code.
This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello Amit!
To find out the name of your taxonomies, you can also view a country and check the name in the URL. Apply the correct name there to display the taxonomies you want.
Thank you!
Hello Stefane!
Go to the Posts -> Categories and find the categories IDs and add them here: https://app.screencast.com/0XC17oQcK1RV9

Hello!
Use a single cloud template, so you can edit it with the tagdiv Composer, and there you can drag & drop the elements in any green area.

Did you see this important section: https://app.screencast.com/JgzRTfpZKslWT? These are not working with cloud templates. I’m not sure exactly what you need to achieve or which types of templates you use. Please provide more information about your issue or what you need to achieve, so I can help you efficiently.
