Hello Dorien!
Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @vlalovic!
The file that you need to edit is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_title.php.
Thank you!
Hello!
I suggest you to have a full backup and have a new WordPress install.
Thank you!
Hello Jason!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Make sure you do not use Mobile theme plugin, if you use the mobile option 1 or 2.
Thank you!
Hello @chrisfoxatx!
I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello!
The tagdiv Composer plugin is a bigger one with a lot of functions and settings. Our developers tried to improve it more and more, optimize it as much as they could in every update, and also bring in new features. We will try to do our best for this, but it will always need a little bit of separate optimization depending on each website. And, without a doubt, good optimization entails using the tagdiv Composer plugin’s features less.
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello @vovi !
Let me know when this will happen again. Check out this guide too: https://www.siteground.com/kb/403-forbidden-error/
Thank you!
Hello @Ozgurunlu !
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

“If we choose “Amp + mobile” does that mean we force “&=1″ on all small screen devices and mobile phones?” -> No. These settings regarding the URL will be made in the AMP plugin.
Ideally, amp + mobile, so you can customize how the URL here: https://prnt.sc/Suz-eOBmge8- is displayed before activating the Mobile theme plugin.
I hope it is more understandable now for you!
Thank you!
Hello @vlalovic!
Unfortunately, we do not have any option for this in our theme.
A workaround here could be to modify the title element in Composer in the code and add a span with your prefix.
Thank you!

Hello Dorien!
Unfortunately, this modal can not be edited with the TagDiv Composer.
Try to change the font from here: https://prnt.sc/tUBJmBtmrViG

Hello Adi!
There is a mobile sticky header, which I guess should be edited. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
Make sure you use the same header template. Examine the Website Manager.
Thank you!
Hello!
Ok. We will check and help you as soon as possible.
Please be patient.
Thank you!
Hello @nickmde !
Uninstall the Mobile theme plugin, clear the cache and check the results.
Thank you!

Hello @shahul!
If you do not use a featured image for that post, you need to adjust the template. I’ve noted this issue, and we will adjust it for the next updates. I can help you faster, if you can provide the credentials via email.
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hello Ade!
For the featured image, there is an element, and when you do not have any featured images, that element won’t display. For the posts without a featured image, you can build/import another template and assign it only to those special posts.
Thank you!
Hello @halloway !
Please add your logo while you edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer. A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello @vovi !
It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
