Hello @vovi !
It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
When you disable Google Fonts and add custom fonts to your website, there could be a number of reasons why the fonts might “jump” or change unexpectedly.
One possible reason is that the custom font files may not have loaded properly, causing a delay in the display of the font. This delay can cause the text to appear without any font for a brief moment before the custom font is loaded, resulting in a noticeable jump.
Another possible reason is that the custom fonts you added may have different font metrics, such as line height or letter spacing, compared to the Google Fonts you disabled. This can cause text to reflow and adjust to the new metrics, resulting in a visual jump.
Thank you!

Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have the psd files in the theme package.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @lagaylife !
Our plugins shouldn’t uninstall themselves. Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello Steve!
No. It shouldn’t have happened like that. You can make a full backup before proceeding.
Thank you!

Hello!
Force AMP on desktop: Add the following code to the theme’s functions.php file to force AMP on desktop:
add_filter( 'amp_skip_canonical', '__return_true' );
add_filter( 'amp_is_request', function() { return true; } );
This will disable the canonical link for AMP pages and force AMP on all requests, including desktop requests.
Thank you!
Hello @opes!
The video link is not working. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Thank you!
Hello!
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
To have the layout also on desktop(which I do not recommend it), you’ll need a cache plugin which does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

Hello @minima!
If your image is in the content, then I think you need to check in Gutenberg editor. Also, when you add the image: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
Thank you!
Hello!
That message appears if you try to unassign a domain so often, so you need to wait until that date. Sorry! There are only 2 spots and you shouldn’t try it so often.
Thank you!
Hello @shahul!
Ok. We will investigate this issue.
Set a featured image and see the changes.

Hello @minima!
If you upload an image that is little than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not high quality.
Thank you!

Hello @shahul!
When I try to install any demo, section, or template, they are looking good with no issues.
If you didn’t change anything, then it could be a plugin conflict or some custom code that causes these issues.
Thank you!
