I’ve tested the feature on my end and can’t replicate the issue anymore. It should be something from your end that interferes.
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

You can delete it or set it to be hidden. You can click on the element, right-click -> copy, and click on the place you want to add or click an element from your footer, right-click -> paste after or before. Drag & drop in a right green place.

If you have a plan with a post limit of 1, then a user can not publish more than that amount, and unfortunately, you can not buy the plan more than once. If you disable the track remaining posts https://app.screencast.com/WmZiWyVdEv5TC, then once the subscription is renewed, the user can post again. Unfortunately, we do not have a plan for a one-time payment. They are all recurring.
The ‘Shortcode limit’ has nothing to do with the plans. If you set a shortcode with a limit of one, then the user will only be able to post one listing, and that’s it. It never resets. Also, if you set plans with a limit of 1, the user will have one free listing to post, and then the user needs to purchase a plan to post again.

You need the Cloud Library plugin for your website. 500 Internal Server Error server error response code indicates that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. Let the host provider know about those issues as well, maybe he can guide you.
