Hello!

This should not appear there if you disabled the options. Please make sure you have the latest update and plugins.
Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict.

Thank you!

Hello!

You also need to move the author row under the title, so the title will display as you want.

Hello!

First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If this won’t help, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Please try again to add media or write something and the images should appear in TagDiv Composer when you close the WP Editor window. I tested on my end in the latest version of the theme and it is working perfectly.

Hello!

You need to integrate your code in that file which my colleague provided you.
Or, you can use our subtitle option which is looking like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/0pTS5NBWPm7M
The element used there is called “Single Post Subtitle”.

Thank you!

Hello!

When you build a page/post with TagDiv Composer, then that code will appear there, so any content which you want to add there, you should make the changes in TagDiv Composer.
For more information about the plugin, you can check also our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!

If you want to align the counter to the right, then please check the option “Align block to right”: https://www.screencast.com/t/1URSjagWyIe
Also, please note that when you drag & drop an element, you need to place it into the green area.

Thank you!

Hello!

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!

You can see which template is used for your posts here: https://www.screencast.com/t/yfMRcsUehrQg
If you remove the template, then your post will have the global template set up by you in the Theme Panel.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer if you use a cloud template, click on that title and increase the font size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Qi87tyNL0 ; and for mobile you need to select the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; and edit the title and you will have the same settings there.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, there is no option in our theme to achieve this. But, you can try with this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SC_Sc5ofPDs

Hope that helps you!

Hello!

First of all, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
The second step is to try to optimize your website. If you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/optimize-script-to-improve-site-speed/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/

Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Please give it a try and follow the steps which I presented above about page speed.
Also, check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Please make sure to use our newest tool from the latest update called tagDiv CSS Analyzer which comes in handy to resolve some of your issues. Take a look at the video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc

“This custom tool performs an automatic test to find missing CSS rules applied by user interaction. Moreover, you can manually interact with a chosen section/component from the page while the tool records all the involved CSS. It will generate the final CSS file for this page and also will split the rules in Critical CSS to be loaded in the website’s header.” ( https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/ )
We tested our tool on our demos, and we have such great results!
Take a look in this topic because it could help you: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/css-analyzer-step-by-step-and-doubts/

Hello!

There is a custom CSS code in that page.
If you use a cloud template, then it is a workaround to achieve that by adding an element called “Inline text” and uncheck the option Display inline and write the text in description with the lines also.

Hello!

If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. To do this, you need to edit the page normally and there you will find a setting in the right side.

Thank you!

Bettina
tagDiv Staff

Hello!

I’m talking about this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/a8ztTouUgN
This one could be found in any block element which you use in your page. Just edit with TagDiv Composer, click on that block element and click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
So, check if the setting is set up like in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/a8ztTouUgN

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have a best plugin for image optimization which is tested with our theme. So, you can test and see if it will work.
Take a look here and see if they are suitable for your needs:
