Hello!

Please note after writing the content, close the WP editor window, you need to press Save: https://www.screencast.com/t/ks8M8YoFtF
If you respect these steps and also is not saving, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, this is not an option for now. The only one solution is that one explained by my colleague above.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello!

Please clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please make sure that all theme settings are like in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Thank you!

Hello!

There is an element called “Category siblings” under the “Page title” element and a “Posts Loop” element.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

A workaround could be to build it like this:
1. You have already 1 row with the 4 articles.
2. Split that row into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar. In your case the element called “Ad box”.

Unfortunately, you can not add the ad there on a default post template, only if you will use a cloud post template.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please try to add this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-pb-row, .td-block-row {
width: auto!important;}}

Let me know the results!

Hello!

Please note that if you use the same template or a global template and you modify a category, then all the categories will have the same elements and structure. If you want to change a structure of a template you need to assign another template for the different category you need and not a global setting.
Global setting means the same template for all the categories.

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit that category page with TagDiv Composer, click on that element and verify if the offset field is clear and let it empty with no space, no value.

Let me know the results!

Hello!

Please check if you have active and you use the tagdiv CSS Analyzer, click on “Remove generated CSS” and see the results.
Also, do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
If the problem is not solved after that, please start looking for a plugin conflict.

Hope that helps you!
