Hello!

Unfortunately, you can not install two demos but can install their templates and customize your website. You can use a locker to hide some rows or post content.
The idea with multisite is better.

Thank you!

Hello Luca!

We can not control the plugin’s performance and speed. We only test its functionality with our theme. Some guides about it are here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/

Thank you!

Hello!

Thanks to the Cloud Library, you can use any demo’s layout on your website. The Cloud Library lets you install any section, page, or template from other demos. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
Please note that it is not allowed to use a single template on the homepage. You should install a single template only on a single template and not on any other page.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!

In the theme panel settings, there is only a filter for the front page grid. Unfortunately, there are no settings to exclude a category on the mobile theme layout.
For customization and other services, contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.

I appreciate your understanding!

Hello!

Unfortunately, our theme does not have this feature, which is the same as what was presented in the video. You can use an extra plugin like https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ or others with the same desired feature.

We do not have the option to take stories automatically. You can use a plugin like Web Stories or embed them manually. In the theme, we have some useful shortcodes to display other plugin’s shortcodes like “Column text” or “Text with title”. “RAW HTML” and “RAW CSS” shortcode can help you to add some code or style anything on the page. Also, our shortcodes has an option called Extra class, so you can write a class and write the CSS code easily.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you are using cloud templates, the data can be changed in the tagdiv Composer or set by default to take the WordPress date format from Dashboard -> Settings -> General.
The default templates take the format from there, too, without possibly changing the date format from somewhere else. So, you can refer to that option from WordPress.

Thank you!

Hello!

Check in the theme panel settings -> theme colors.

Hello!

Yes. You should make the changes in the tagdiv Composer. Here is the useful video where are the 6 columns on one line: https://app.screencast.com/P0x3Gn6gEyHlC

Hello!

1. Unfortunately, no. An inner row is a row within another row that has columns called inner columns because they are part of the inner row. You can add an inner row only into another row or column. They also have settings as any other shortcode/element from the tagdiv Composer. How to remove an inner row? The easiest solution is to click on the inner row word: https://app.screencast.com/PNI0Lolb0ZTm2 press Delete from your Keyboard, and click YES: https://app.screencast.com/sLv2xfmsO812v
You can set a row/inner row to be sticky or not from its settings: https://app.screencast.com/meYQjYKITuGuR .
You can reduce the inner columns of your inner row like this: https://app.screencast.com/bwmRwvQpsT2of
Please take a look here in this video for example where I build 6 columns: https://www.screencast.com/t/mZ2c5XamTFN2

2. Yes, with the help of the tagdiv Composer. Add a row and split it into 3 columns: https://prnt.sc/-y3xWBjrjmPD.
You can also specify the width of your columns, like 20%,60%,20%: https://prnt.sc/2zjfi6c2phgN
Drag and drop every element in each column. Example: https://prnt.sc/T2YSJ-cU73Eh
There are some settings to align it in the tagdiv Composer, click on the element: https://prnt.sc/lcYDthjDhhzv

3. No. These settings from point 2 are found only in the tagdiv Composer and you have to use a cloud single post template. The theme panel settings are proper for the default templates(those can not be edited with the tagdiv Composer).
Please check the differences between cloud vs default templates from our guides:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/

4. Already explained at point 3.

Thank you!

Hello!

No. Unfortunately, this setting is available only in the tagdiv composer using a cloud header template. Otherwise, there is no setting if you use default header template.

Thank you!

Bettina
tagDiv Staff

Hello!

Ok. Click on the header main menu, open the mega menu tab, and there is a setting called “Subcategories limit”. Try to change that and see the results.

Thank you!

Hello!

We’ve tested and recommend only the Yoast SEO plugin, but you can use any SEO plugin. Most of our customers use the Rank Math SEO plugin, and they don’t encounter any major issues with the theme.

Thank you!

Hello!

You can add them in the menu from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus. You can drop them in More, and they should display: https://app.screencast.com/s6aRXyXWlkDD7

Hello!

Yes, the Save button from Composer works now in the latest update. If you have the issue after the update, please deactivate and delete the tagdiv Composer plugin, clear the cache, and install it again.

Hello Thomas!

This link also goes to the 404 template.

Bettina

Hello!

You should assign a category to that article. Go to the Posts -> Quick edit and check a category for that article, update, clear cache, and recheck the breadcrumbs. Please note that you can not change breadcrumbs or assign a category to a simple page, only to an article. For the page, you can assign a parent page in Gutenberg and check the option from the shortcode Show parent page link. The guide is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/breadcrumbs/

Thank you!

Hello!

To avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about the issue.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!
