Hello,
Thank you for your appreciation!

1) Please check the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ and make sure the blocks have posts to show.

2) The latest articles section cannot be moved unfortunately. You can remove it by changing the page template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ and then simply create a block named latest articles placing it wherever you want on the page.

3) The same block settings guide will help you with the settings.

Thank you!

Hello,
The comment count is not a default WordPress implementation, yes. Standard wordpress will not be able to fill theme specific fields in the DB. I understand this is very important but I cannot say for sure why the comments already posted did not get recorded. Now it seems the new ones are being recorder without issues: https://www.screencast.com/t/coaqkJVNv

Thanks

Hello,
It depends on where you want to add the header image. Is it on posts? on pages? all over the site? Please provide more details.
Thanks

Hi,

That is because you have a background image set here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EPDU4047L
A background image will always override the color.

Thanks.

Hello,
Yes, your demo install should still be good but you should only use 1 page builder. When switching page builders it is recommended to also re-create the pages using the builder you decide to use.
Thanks.

Hello,

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

Tested Plugins:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

Thanks.

Hello,

If you do not want to use our own tagdiv composer page builder, please deactivate it as keeping both VC and TDC active will cause layout issues.

Thank you!

Hello,

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.

2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh

3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with.

Thank you!

Hello,

I’m not sure how you want the header reduced, but you can give it a shot by reducing the main menu line height: https://www.screencast.com/t/U6tq2FpKQVQ6On these 2 header styles the logo is also contained ion the menu so the logo will also be shrunk unfortunately.

Thanks.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If the issue is still there please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please note that the theme has to be updated along with WordPress and plugins. Old versions can have security breaches and these can be exploited by different tools.

The old version from prior to April 2016 had a security issue which was patched in 6.7.2. Similarly WordPress prior to 4.7 is insecure.

Please make sure you update your theme, plugins and WordPress and do not stick to old versions.

If you have been the victim of an attack, update your theme immediately to the latest version and use one of these guides:
http://securepress.org/tutorial-how-to-remove-malware.php
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/malware-removal
https://www.wordfence.com/docs/how-to-clean-a-hacked-wordpress-site-using-wordfence/

Hello,

1) We pick very carefully what we implement into our themes. There are multiple implication to even the slightest change which have to be decided by the development team. Usually any at all request no matter how small must become more popular before we decide to implement it into the final product.

2)You do have the right to ask for a refund. Please request one here if you need one and we will provide it: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

Thank you!

Hi,

You should add a p tag after the class like so:
.td_block_text_with_title p{
font-size: 15px;
line-height:21px!important;
}

Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry but the theme support does not cover custom implementation. Maybe one of our users can help if they have made this customization.
Thanks

Hello,

Only if you use the mobile theme plugin should you add code to the mobile theme files: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not use the plugin, you do not need to add your code in the mobile theme files.

Thanks.
