Unfortunately there is no fix for this. There cannot be any background without a boxed version. If you use any background image or color, there will not be any full width element. If you want to have a full width header or footer, you need to remove any background image or color.

We have not tested the mobile theme with a child theme so I cannot guarantee it will work from the child theme. You can try it out though but you need to create the folder structure for it. The top menu was not designed to show up on mobile phones. You can try to force it to show with this css:

The theme does it’s part but it’s not up to the theme to install automatically for you. The automatic processes are created by wordpress or the envato plugin. We cannot be held responsible for other applications that try to install our product. We recommend the FTP method as it’s the safest way of doing it and you do not have to depend on other software for a simple file copy. FTP is as simple as copy and paste. If you know how to copy and paste folders, you know ftp. There is no rocket science involved. WordPress tries to do it automatically but it can cause issues. Even with plugins it sometimes is not able to delete the plugin folder so you uninstall a plugin and try to install it again, and it will say the folder already exists as it was unable to delete it entirely but did not mention this at all. SO In my opinion FTP is essential for WordPress.

Your theme will need updating too and your plugins as well.
Please use this guide to update your theme to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then use the guide you mentioned to update visual composer. You will also need to update the social counter plugin. You can use the same method by removing it from the plugins section and deleting files and then installing the plugin again from the main theme archive you download from envato.

http://screencast.com/t/iL7ryeuSg0g but we cannot provide a precise solution for it as we have not tested adding multiple ads to the mobile theme and time does not allow us to provide any custom work. Sorry. You can tr it out if you have the proper coding skills of you can hire some help with this task.

We have no other reports of this yet. WP super cache was tested to work with our theme and we are not aware of other problems with it except for one with the mobile theme. But for the desktop, there were no issues.

If you still have trouble with wp super cache try to only leave it and visual composer active as plugins tend to create conflicts between them as well, not just between them and the theme.

If that does not solve the issue, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

If you do not use a sidebar you should upload images at least 1068 pixels wide. If you use a sidebar you have to upload ad least 696 pixels wide.
As for the logo, There is no specific size. This depends on the screen that you use. Most people have close 1920 x 1080 monitors so about 1920 px should do it. Unfortunately we will not be able to help you in this matter as well. We are not the plugin author and we are not aware of the limitations the plugin has. Revolution slider is a very complex plugin and has lots of features included. We did not try advanced sliders so we cannot provide a solution for this request. We will be able to provide some demo sliders you can use or replicate to get the design you want. If you want the sliders please request them via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide the download link for them. Unfortunately we cannot offer any advice on slider creation. You will have to search the rev slider documentation and there are lots of youtube videos that provide methods of creating sliders. Might give them a try. Sorry for not having a better answer but we are not experts on the revolution slider plugin. We only provide it free of charge but we did not develop it.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If there is a plugin conflict, this will remove it. If the problem is still there without plugins, please check your ssl implementation and remove your modifications to see if that is the cause.

Sorry but our theme does not have this option. We have seen users that have skyscraper ads but they were implemented custom. Maybe there is a plugin that does this, I cannot say for sure, but we did not ad such an option in our theme. The closest option is the background click ad: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ads/

The mobile theme plugin also has trouble if incompatible plugins are active. You should disable all other plugins except visual composer and clear cache if the mobile theme provides an error when installing.

It’s best to leave the code as it was intended by our designers. The decision to place the caption under the image was not taken arbitrary. As you can see it’s difficult to have it over the image. My suggestion is to leave it underneath the image as the theme intended it to be.

Unfortunately 24 hours for google ads is not ample time. We have reports of it taking up to a few days to appear. Our theme was built to work with adsense so if your ads are standard adsense ads, they will work one they get approved and delivered by google.
