To clarify any concerns about this topic, please keep in mind that in the Featured Video field, you cannot add any iframe code but you only have to add only the video’s link from YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion, as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ Unfortunately, the video from JW Player cannot be loaded to be featured video, sorry! Also, in other cases, like in post content, for example, the iframe/embedded code can be used because the theme will recognize them. I hope it was pretty clear and I hope to close this thread!

Sorry but our theme does not provide any captcha settings. You can try to find a plugin that can offer such features but it will need a custom implementation to be able to show up in the theme login. Unfortunately, there is no solution we can provide in this regard as we have not tested any captcha plugins.

Please notice that here is talking about two different ways. Notice that your images from your posts and separated from those in thumbnails which are used in modules/blocks. If you will turn off the unnecessary sizes, the images with that dimensions will not be created.

Sorry for this but it seems to be an issue to your backend. To be sure, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches, switch the theme from the child to the main theme and check the results. Should work because if the theme is correclty installed and used, according to our documentation, sohuld not return these kinds of errors, sorry!

Please understand that many of users find to use only online video or find to load own video on a server because the videos take up quite a lot of space on a hard drive, sorry! I have inspected your website and I saw that the layout of your shop page is not right. It seems to be spoiled. Also, I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues, sorry! Try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results.
