Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected with the theme or not, sorry!
Also, notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin. The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. Why do you are using the W3 Total Cache as caching plugin? Notice that plugin has not been tested with the theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues like this. Try to replace it with WP Super Cache, clear all the caches and check the results.

If you want to display a bigger logo, try using the header style 10 which uses the logo in full width. So, if you want to change the style of your post pagination, you should follow the above steps.
