I have checked your website and I saw that you Social Counter are working fine. I have notice that you are using the mobile theme and that’s why your Social Counter is not displayed for your mobile mode. Please keep in mind that this our new feature has been designed to be very simplistic one, clear and very fast. The mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page. If you want that your Social Counter to be displayed on your mobile mode, you will have to simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the default responsive version and the counter will be visible on the mobile mode as you wish.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and also, the latest version of required plugins which are ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.0. Try to clear all your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that all of these processes were mad only via FTP because this is the surest method for updating.
If your problem is still there, I suggest doing a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme in default state and check the results.

Please ensure that this process was made only through FTP because this is the surest method in for updating. It is important to check this because it is possible that you version of the theme to be incomplete and that’s why not working as properly. Also, after this, please try to clear all your caches and test it again.
If you problem is still there, please try to make a new install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results

Please notice that the only available version of Visual Composer which was tested with our theme and which come bundled with this is 4.11.2. I suppose that you want to use VC Add-ons with our theme but please notice that this extended version of the plugin is not tested with our theme, sorry! Nor the Universal Video Player plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure that this type of plugin will work as properly with our theme, sorry!

Please keep in mind that the Custom Post Type does not use the Category but only the Custom Taxonomies and you cannot display the category tag for your Custom Post Type. If your main domain is broken and this have not been correct customized, you will have to spare a bit of time and try to customize again the other subdomain as you like until you will achieve as you wish because this is the surest and the single method in this regard.
