First of all, please notice that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) because with it will come bundled the latest version of required plugins (Social Counter 4.0 and Visual Composer ->4.11.2). Please notice that if you want to add this option for our mega menu feature you will have to alter the code from the core file and this involve custom work. Please notice that if you have changed the headings from H3 to H2, all your module title will be in H2 now and the font size for these will be greater than H3. So, if you want to decrease the title font size only for your mega menu, please try to use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and that’s correct. So, this type of errors seems to come from your database. It is possible that you have some problem with database settings. So, please try to check your error log from your server because there you will have to see this error and where it comes from. I recommend you to make a new install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results.

Please try to DISABLE all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme to rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please try to bring the theme to have the default state, without any additional customization to avoid these cases. Please notice that our theme has been tested and does not have this behaviour on mobile version, as you can see in our demo here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please notice that our theme is very complex and has a lot of lines of code and if you are using some plugins which are not tested with our theme might appear a lot of unknown issues, like this case. Te rog sa reti ca acesta problema poate fi cauzata de plugin-urile tale netestate care ar putea interfera cu codul temei si sa creeze aceata problema. Te rog sa dezinstalezi toate plugin-urile netestate si care sunt active, lasa doar Visual Composer activat, sterge memotia cache si instaleaza numai plugin-urile care vin la pachet cu tema pentru a exclude vre-un conflict de plugin.
