Hello stanislao,
We have done a lot of investigations and it seems to be a mini-bug in our theme in this regard. We work hard to fix this problem and in the future update, we will solve it, as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and we are sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello Marto,
Please notice that you will simply add your hex color instead of red value. If you want to change the color for your Post title in this feature, please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-content-more-articles-box h3 > a {
color:red!important;
}
.td-more-articles-box-title {
display:none;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/rmK6eaPTBCGp
Thanks.

Hello uchubald,
Please notice that if you want that you Big Grid to be sorted by latest, you will have to replace the 'featured' with the 'latest' but please notice that after this your the top three posts from your Latest Articles will be the same with your posts which are displayed to your Big Grid in the top of the page. Please notice that because of this fact we choose to set this type of sorting for our Big Grid to avoid this duplication, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/jmMzhjhN7BJ Please notice that we cannot set the offset for latest articles to avoid this case because this type of feature are working by a loop and will show you all these posts ->you cannot sort them.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello tessera,
I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly. I suppose that this issue comes from your caching plugin. Please try to clear all your caches and test it again. If your problem is still there, please provide more details regarding in which case the error occurs.
Thanks for your message!

Hello ioeaia,
In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Marto,
1)Please notice that all the settings which are available for this type of feature you can find in your theme panel->Post Settings, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/cZzhikbPMH4 Also, you can change from there what type of module you want. If you are not satisfied with these options, please notice that you will have to alter the code from td_more_article_box.php core file and add your desired option.
2)The theme does not have such an option to change the background color but only through custom CSS code. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-more-articles-box {
background-color: red!important;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/cJbNLszV53
3)You will have to use the module 8 from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/F1uMuwTg7JBm and the results you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/dmsQObpz
4)Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for our More Article box. If you want to change this, please try to develop our feature from this file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/upROh1bIiu
Please notice that you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
For more information about this type of feature, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/more-articles-box/

Hello yachtsailingcharter,
Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Also, please notice that our speed booster was been tested with entire theme and work as expected. Please check other untested plugins because these can interact with the theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello lettogsunn,
Please notice that it was a design element and if you want to get rid out of this, you will have to use a bit of CSS code to do that. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Cusotm CSS area.
The code is ->
.td_module_mx1 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background:none;
}
The result -> http://screencast.com/t/HinoHy2zB7
Thanks.

Hello stanislao,
I suppose that you have some trouble with theme saving. Please notice that this is an older issue which the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) caused to Wordfence plugin.
First of all, please try to increase your parameters from your system status to be higher, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please check this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/ because there was discussed this problem about Wordfence plugin. If you have the Wordfence plugin, please disable it or set it according to workaround that was explained in that topic by Bryson T.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello uchubald,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that give you a way to change the functionality for Big Grid in mobile theme, sorry! Please notice that the default sorting for Big Grid feature for Mobile Theme is Featured (the Big Grid will display you only the posts which are set in the Featured category). Also, please notice that if you want to change the sorting for this, to be by latest, you will have to alter the code from the core file where is created this type of feature, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/gTg5xwiqbnNC Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Hello raulpuig,
Please notice that you have fully updated your theme through FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also, please ensure that you have updated all your required plugins to the latest version of them ->Social Counter 4.0 and Visual Composer ->4.11.2, clear all your caches and test it again. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Also, if your problem is still there after this advice, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect your problem.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello advertplus,
Please try to update your theme to the latest version of the theme and also, please ensured that you have updated all your require plugins -> Visual Composer ->4.11.2, Social Counter 4.0, WordPress 4.5.2, clear all your caches and test it again. Please update your theme only via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Thanks.
Hello mikyasferhat,
Thanks for your suggestion but please notice that the mobile theme was made to be very basic, clear, just to be so fast. Also, we will not bring a lot of features in this new concept of mobile theme because how much will be developed, the mobile theme will become so lazy and this is not our goal in this regard.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello sejpost,
I suppose that you are using the latest version of WordPress 4.5.2 and an older version than 4.11.2 for Visual Composer, right? So, please notice that the latest version of WordPress ‘break’ the Visual Composer and this issue was fixed in 4.11.2. So, if you are using the Newspaper 6.6.1, you should try to update to the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.0.1) via FTP because this is the surest method for updating. Also, please notice that each version of the theme has it own version of Visual Composer which are fully compatible with it. If you do not want to make an update to the latest version of it, you will have to downgrade your WordPress and Visual Composer plugin to an older version of them. I suggest you doing a full backup to your data and then you should update your theme to the latest version, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Helo all,
@ederpira, please notice that the it is not necessary to have the premium version for Visual Composer because this will not come bundled with our theme and also, the theme has not been tested with the premium version of Visual Composer.
@davider, if you’re sure that you have followed all the steps which have been explained you above and if your problem is still there regarding no your Social Counter, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks.
Hello didopido,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly what you mean. Please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello janamtrup,
Yes, please notice that our Big Grid has a gradient that confers this darker effect for the images which are displayed via Big Grid. So, if you want to get rid this style effect, please notice that you will have to use a bit of CSS code to do that. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-big-grid-wrapper .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background:none;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/VmCMwlbcyN
Thanks.
Hello mike6209,
Please notice that this depends on what kind of header style you are using on your side. You can leave your logo to the original size because the theme will adjust it regarding on your header styled use. For more information about our header styles, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ Please notice that these ar recommended sizes for the logo. So, if you are using a header style which displays the full logo and you will have a big logo loaded on your backend, the logo will be displayed in full width, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/bgkheLG1oaBT This is an example using the header style 10.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello yachtsailingcharter,
Please ensure that you have activated this feature from your panel. For more information about this feature, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/ Also, please try without any untested plugins which could interact with our theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Thanks.
