I have checked your website and I saw the problem with the mobile menu. I suspect this issue that come from your untested plugins used by you. It could generate some conflicts between our theme and these kinds of plugins and bring this error. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Check the results after this advice and let us know how it goes.

Please make sure you have these requirements before further investigation is required:

1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.5. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.5 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.

Unfortunately, your plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea the theme behaviour with this kind of plugin. Please note that recently we have tested the theme with the Wp Super Cache plugin so we recommend it instead of the W3 Total Cache which has lot’s of settings and it’s more difficult to be used properly and we cannot provide a tutorial for this unreliable cache plugin. Make you use the default settings for the Wp super Cache. We switch our recommended caching plugin to wp super cache because it’s written better, it’s maintained by automatic (the WordPress developers), it’s leaner and overall we have not encountered many problems with it.
If you don’t have basic coding experience and you’re not aware of the steps you need to do regarding for adjusting this plugin to work properly with our theme, we suggest you get an experienced wp user to do it for you, because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

You will not have any notification in the panel as not using the latest version of the Social Counter because this plugin comes bundled with our theme and practically is not registered on WordPress. If you are the latest version of the theme, implicitly you have the latest version of our plugins that come with our theme in the folder that you have downloaded from Theme Forest. If you want to use other fonts and its are not loaded in our theme you have to upload the new font. Below I presented the steps that you have to follow if you want to upload a new google font.

This is a known issue regarding the default WP thumbnail. Some modules use this thumbnail and if the post has no featured image, then this error will be displayed. There is a workaround until we fix it in the next major update. You can follow this topic to see how it can be done:

Unfortunately, your second plugin that you are using in our theme is not tested with the theme and we have no idea the theme behaviour with this kind of plugin and from this reason we cannot recommend this, sorry! Also, I cannot say for sure if this kind of plugin will be adapted or not with our theme because this thing depends from our developers and he decides wich are necessary for the theme. The plugins are very variated and complex and not all fit perfectly with our theme because the implementation differs.

This think is happening due because your post is from that category and take over the background from this category that you set it from Theme Panel. This is the theme behaviour with these settings and in this way, the theme was designed to work. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option from the panel to disable these settings for specific posts, but you can do it using a bit of CSS code to target your desired posts by post ID.
