Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add new social icons. You should implement it yourself because we cannot provide additional customizations, sorry! Our server was down for some changes, and after we turn it on and we clear cache to our live demo the Instagram worked, this was in our case ( in some cases the theme can not get the data from Instagram, in other cases are some conflicts with others plugins ).
You can make a full backup first, and if you are not comfortable with sending an admin/login you can change the password after we fix the problem, or you can create a user with admin role and delete it after we fix it.

This is not a bug, there is use a ajax filter, and load; in this way, is no need to reload the page to see the changes of that block ( that ajax reload only the parts from blocks the need to be reload to bring the new information ).
