If you can provide me a link to a post or page where I can inspect an amazon ad, I can make the css code for you (you can also set a class on custom HTML elements so the code will be applied only on the elements that are using that class).

1. Make sure that you have the last theme version 12.3.1
2 Use only necessary plugins (for example you can go only on standard templates using tagDiv Standard pack or you can go with cloud templates that can be customized using the tagDiv Composer, you can use both, but this will consume more resources, so you can use only one of them).

5. Use a database cache.
