Hi sushmasmaurya@gmail.com,
Yes, you need first to check if you have a single post templatehttps://i.imgur.com/vZRQInW.png, if you have it, just edit it with tagDiv Composer, if you do not have one, then add it from the cloud. – https://i.imgur.com/HK9047o.png then in tagDiv Composer search for date – https://i.imgur.com/AG9wVhf.jpg
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Yes, if you have a cache, this needs to be cleared to display the new values.
Thanks

Hi ricky86,
The problem is related to the lightbox, this still applies even if you disable it in the theme panel? – https://i.imgur.com/Ti1HSSE.png
Thank you!

Hi,
For this what I suggest is to change the page template to default and use tagDiv Composer to set a block https://i.imgur.com/bLc2ulM.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/A2I5R9t.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/PT9xsMy.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/2vjRnWc.png -https://i.imgur.com/fR9DZrd.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi Michaelgroth, if you have only posts and pages, then you can use the posts loop elements, there is no need for the flex loop, and this should be displaying both, posts and pages.
Thank you!

Hi jtoney,
Our theme was tested with PHP 7.4 and 8, at the moment those are the php versions tested with most of the plugins.
Now, if you are using php v8 and you get that PHP Deprecated message for amp, this means that the amp plugin was not tested with php v8. Also, the amp plugin is not a theme plugin and therefore the only suggestion is to use a previous php version, which should be 7.4.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
If I understood correctly, you want to update to the latest version of the theme and get rid of the child theme.
If so, I must inform you that now the latest version will give you the impression that you are using a completely different theme, the theme has its own builder and everything can be edited in the frontend.
My suggestion is to do staging and do some tests there.
To get rid of the child theme, all you have to do is activate the parent theme – https://i.imgur.com/ndod9VE.png
Thank you!

Hi,
So, if I understood correctly, you had a demo installed and now you want to install another one without content to keep your content, is that right?
If so, the problem arises that when a demo is installed and then another demo is installed, even if it has no content, everything that came with the previous demo is deleted, this includes the page, posts, categories, templates – https://i.imgur.com/zqEWEHN.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Now what I can suggest is to stop installing that demo, but to search the cloud for the templates for it and set them as global – https://i.imgur.com/wGJSbGs.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi mcneillmedia,
You understood correctly, only cloud templates and pages can be edited with the composer on the frontend, the default template for posts is editable from appearance >widgets.
Thank you!

Hi juanjobasc you can use the Micha suggestion, it should work fine.
Other settings that can be done are to set the option only on amp in the mobile theme – https://i.imgur.com/VrJ4iPw.png and ask google to reindex your website (also clear all ache, object cache, purge CDN), after your website is reindexed you can also disable the amp plugin.
Thank you!

Hi Jeanbatman,
There are 2 separators, which can be set using tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/ you can move them using drag and drop – https://i.imgur.com/H4K3Dgq.png also you can use the right click to delete it.
Thank you!

Hi,
“The screenshot you uploaded https://imgur.com/bVc9hzs – appears when clicked without a slash because there is a 301 redirect.”
This was on my local test and I do not have any 301 redirect set, I only set the permalinks without the slash.
I also asked a developer to look to see what should stop appearing here https://imgur.com/he8hBAK like this, but I still haven’t received a reply
Thank you!

Hi, We have a guide where we recommend a plugin that allows co-authors, you can check it here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/

Hi,
For the cache plugins, when you use the mobile theme plugin you need to enable in cache plugin the cache for mobile devices – https://i.imgur.com/YkuXcG8.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/7WTiZN7.png
Now about the CDN, the mobile theme is not working with the CDN, because this by default recognizes only the responsive version. There is an extension that should be working, but this is not free – https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/https://prnt.sc/IGADrkzKOvay this normally should work with the mobile theme too.
Thank you!

Hi kumel69,
The social counter id needs to be set using the tagDiv Composer , also fo some of social counter you need to set in the theme panel social api – https://i.imgur.com/5ClKufJ.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/KGaBwg7.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/vXZcm8K.png also it is possible to have set the social counter element in widgets for a sidebar – https://i.imgur.com/08ZdBwC.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Ass3AvZ.png

Hi,
You most likely have an error in the console that tells you exactly why the settings in the theme panel are not saved. I think it is related to a 404, access forbidden, which comes from the host or htaccess, usually looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/oDJUqLR.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
The themes are similar and have some options that can be used in the same way (the options in the theme panel), but Newspaper is much different than Newsmag, and offers the possibility to do almost anything.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please understand that the support is not 24/7 but only from Monday to Friday during the time interval 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2).
Also, please understand that we try our best to help you with everything we can, even if your soup ended on 2018-12-26.
The fact that your site has a different version than the one on the desktop can only mean that you used the mobile theme plugin and/or amp (one of the two or both).
If you use amp or have used am, you must reload your site on google (obviously after the amp is disabled, you have deleted any cache, object cache, purged CDN….).
And after the site is re-indexed it should be ok. If only mobile theme is used, just disable it and delete all the cache, and object cache…
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
There is a general option for a comments counter that can be enabled/disabled from the theme panel – block settings > meta info – https://i.imgur.com/80xd02R.png
Or if you want only for a specific category, then you can hide it using custom css like this one – https://i.imgur.com/OBFJHTb.png
.category-news .td-module-comments{
display: none;
}

This code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Thank you!

Hello,
Normally these should be solved using tagDiv Composer and setting the padding/margin and size for each individual viewport on each element separately – https://i.imgur.com/JBbUZor.png (each element with the left border can be edited per viewport).
Similarly, for the mobile version, you can also use mobile template pages – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Thank you!

Calin

Hi Joe, to set the template as individual on posts you can do it from the back of the post – https://i.imgur.com/RwekuVt.png or frontend – https://i.imgur.com/pTDD0t2.jpg
Thank you!

Hi,
I made some tests and indeed on category if you hover over the < button the / appears - https://i.imgur.com/he8hBAK.png, but when you actually click on the button the link will not have / - https://i.imgur.com/bVc9hzs.png
In order not to display that / even when hover is done, the theme files must be edited, unfortunately, this will have to be done with every update.
The file path to the flex loop elements is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_loop.php and wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_loop_2.php
Thank you!
