Hi ChandlerBing1985, if you are using the mobile theme with amp then the mobile version and amp version will have a different layout, also the layout can be edited from Newspaper > theme pane > mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/DJ7XtVY.png also some settings for amp can be set from amp, like the one with redirect mobile users to amp and where to apply the amp -> https://i.imgur.com/jyPVbIg.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi iwebuserstudio, I just made a test on my install and for me is working https://i.imgur.com/zuqWsFV.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/bqFuxNf.jpg please make sure that you do not have a plugin that it is interfering with the theme settings.
If the problem persist, please provide a link to your website to check from where it is coming that color.
Thank you!

Hi,
This is quite a strange situation. What I suggest is to check the problem step by step.
The archive is set to display the latest posts in archive or random posts? If is on latest and are display old posts, then most possible to be a plugin conflict.
That code, like you said it is a css, that it is apply for that block so if the problem is solved after you update the page, it can be from some object cache or a plugin conflict.
The last problem seems that the response version is not apply correctly, now this also in most cases it is related to cache plugins.
What I can suggest is that first to make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is still persist.
Please let us know the results!

Hi,
You can use the amp like this:
– responsive version or mobile page template with amp, setting the amp on “reader” -> https://i.imgur.com/SMroJZy.png
– using the mobile theme plugin with amp, in this way the amp will have the mobile theme layout and the mobile theme plugin can be used only for mobile, for mobile and amp, or only for amp.
Right now I do not see to have some amp version on your website.
Thank you!

Hi,
For standard templates that solution will work, but I’m not sure if will work or not for cloud templates, there were made different implementations.
Thank you!

Hi vasite, this can be possible, since that is a custom taxonomy.
I made some tests with CPT -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ and everything seems to work just fine.
If you want we can take a closed look, or let us know the plugin that you are using for that specific taxonomy.
Thank you!

Hi viaggindia,

To edit the loop 2 you and set the code under the post title, you’ll need to edit this file wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_module.php set the code after the $module_title_tag tag is closed -> https://i.imgur.com/KGllKC0.png like this https://i.imgur.com/i6liVfY.png the results will be -> https://i.imgur.com/GgTONrg.jpg
Unfortunately, this files can not be set in a child theme.

I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no option in mobile theme plugin for that. It is used the general option from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/pE4nxho.png but this will apply on default post templates too.
On solution will be to use a custom css:
.td-post-featured-image{
display: none;
}

This need to be set in the theme panel> mobile theme > custom code> css.
I hope this will help you!

Hi cyanbear, unfortunately, for the moment our theme do not have an option or a code that can list the most popular posts to embed in a newsletter. Such a code can only be made by developers and, because it is a custom request, it will be for a fee -> https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
This can be a plugin conflict, please make a test using only the theme plugins.
Also it looks that you have some errors too -> https://prnt.sc/202cldv

Hi paveldrabek, we can try to help you, unfortunately the open_basedir restriction in effect is not related to the theme support, son we can not guarantee that we can solve it, but we’ll try our best.
If you agree we can take a look to your website and cPanel, for this please contact us via email, make sure that you have a full backup and you provide admin access for wp-admin and cPanel. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi winipnews,
The subtitle can be set post settings -> https://i.imgur.com/ey5Yrsq.png and this will be display inside the article under the title.
Now in case that the option is enabled and the subtitle is still not display, then in most cases is do to a plugin conflict, so please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see the results.
Thank you!

Hi Sam Trautman,
The theme display shortcodes because one of the theme plugins is not installed. In this case it is tagDiv Standard Pack, please install it from Newspaper > plugins and make sure that all the theme plugins that you used before the theme updated are installed.
Let us know the results!

Calin

Hi,
I just checked your website and the problem is related to a theme plugin that is not installed, please check if tagDiv Standard Pack is installed, if not install it from Newspaper > plugins.
Let us know the results!
Thank you!

Hi sbkalim,
If you want to update the theme, then the first step will be to make a full backup for your website and database. After that you can update the theme. I recommend to update the theme manually, via FTP/cPanel, upload the zip with the new theme version, then delete the existent theme and extract the theme zip, after that, from WordPress dashboard select the Newsmag > welcome and install/update the plugins from there, also, in case that you are using extra theme plugins and those are not in Newsmag > welcome section, check theme in Newsmag > plugins.
I hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!

Hi,
I think that you are referring on posts that are display in blocks, if is so, then you can do that using tagDiv Composer, edit the page and sort the blocks after the latest -> https://i.imgur.com/mlFM8om.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HgChiW9.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi chunsamPARK, the tagDiv Cloud Library is a plugin that is coming only with Newspaper theme, the Newsmag theme do not have it.
Also the mobile menu I see in your screens that you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the mobile elements can be edited from Newsmag > Mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/r1qoWQh.png
I hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi nikoss123,
With Newsmag theme you can disable the author name from posts using the option from here -> https://i.imgur.com/PT4ltGL.png and from the blocks you can disable the author from here -> https://i.imgur.com/rIj01GR.png
If those are not apply pleas make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict or an object cache that is providing the cache version of backend.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
I think that I understand what you mean, when you are using our theme your website has more elements, thumbs with images, blocks … so those need to be optimized to get a better speed, for this you need first to make sure that all theme requirements are set https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ after that you need to use some extra steps to optimize the website and make it faster, for this please check our guides from here:
-> How to Make the Site Faster
-> Cache plugin – install and configure
-> Cloudflare (CDN)
-> Autoptimize Plugin – install and configuration
I hope this will help you!
