Usually this problem is when you are using a slow host and the css style is not load in time to get the nice layout for your website.
To make a test you can use only theme plugin and check if the problem is like before or is appearing less often.

Unfortunately for mobile theme there is no option to disable the snap menu, sorry! this can be achieve only for responsive version.
What you can do for mobile theme is to use a custom css like this one :
.td-header-wrap {
position: unset!important;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> mobile theme> custom code> css

You can try the update on localhost or sub-domain in a testing entertainment, or on live site (this is not so recommended if you are using many plugins and custom work), but in any case before you make an update you need to make a full backup to your website and database, in this way if something is goes wrong you can restore the backup.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In most cases that is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

Also I see that you have CDN maybe is from rocket loader, if you can to make a test, to use 1-2 days only super cache and check the results.

For the moment our theme do not have an element that can hide and display content, usually this can be done using some extra plugins (for example like this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/show-hidecollapse-expand/), also I think that it can be achieve use some javascript as in this example -> https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_toggle_hide_show.asp but it will be more easy with a plugin.

Yes, you can use tagDiv Composer to adjust the theme width, unfortunately there is no general option for this, but it can be easily achieve, for example on homepage edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/CaDwOxI.png click on row and stretch the layout -> https://i.imgur.com/VkAvQuC.png in you case you need to select it on 1400px after that click in css tab set margin right and left auto and the width you want (1260px) -> https://i.imgur.com/KU163G0.jpg
Also there is one more solution, you can stretch the the row on 1200px and set only margin left and right using “-” for example -30 -> https://i.imgur.com/w0QQ4dq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/s09N1uV.png

If you are using the responsive version some PRO demo is possible to be set a custom font on cloud template, this can be change with tagDiv Composer by clicking on elements and check the style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/gnNSdVU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zGf5Fs1.png
