Hi,
You can embed videos in pages by pasting the video links in text elements (columns text, text with title)
So simply enter the video links in a text element on pages, save the page and view it.
Even whole YouTube playlists can be embedded when needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/youtube-playlist-instead-of-each-video-individually/
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
Can’t say exactly, our developer and design team is working on this task with the highest priority. When it is finished we will begin testing, then an update will be released. I will know more details abut the new header features when we will begin testing.
Thanks
Hi,
That demo uses post template 8 I believe, that style displays the featured image as background, it is part of the design. The featured image cannot be disabled for that style because it will be broken.
You could use a different post template, these are the default ones
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
These are the cloud post templates – https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
You can preview and even edit them. With the cloud library plugin you can import and use them
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Hopefully you can find a post template that suits your needs. Please let us know if you have more questions.
As a side note, please try not to reply multiple times in your own topic. This will move the topic to the back of the line and delay our reply. We answer all topics from oldest to newest.

Hi,
I remember trying various javascript codes or solutions in a similar topic to automatically scroll down starting from the second page, but did not find a solution.
Maybe it is possible by some means with code, doesn’t seem easy however
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17642872/refresh-page-and-keep-scroll-position
The easiest method would be to just hide the respective paragraphs from the second page.
Thanks
Hi,
The line height setting for the main menu will affect the total height of the menu. Please set the value to 48px here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/myteWp1E86k
Then the header will be similar to when in sticky mode
– https://www.screencast.com/t/D2J0m9GIeFy0
Thanks
Hi,
If you mean a this gallery – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/
That does not have an autoplay option. It will require manual scrolling through the images
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/
I could add this as a suggestion and it will be considered. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
@Frédéric Bénot Please try what is suggested in the first page of this topic. A fix is provided which worked in all cases until now. This fix should stop the cloud templates from resetting.
Hi,
@Frédéric Bénot Maybe one of your plugins is causing the problem. Enable them one at a time and keep checking if the problem returns.
Also check the WP-memory parameter, when multiple plugins are active it may be insufficient
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
For most users a value of 256M is enough, we recommend that value if possible. Maybe it is not a plugin conflict, but insufficient memory.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe those socials will be displayed regardless of the theme panel setting. There is no options to disable them specifically. You could remove them like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-menu-23/
Sorry for any inconvenience. I will make a note of this and it will be considered to add an option to remove the socials from the mobile menu modal.
Thanks
Hi,
Nothing changed in this matter for the moment. The only way to have a specific sidebar using cloud post templates would be to create multiple templates. The template will display what is present in the respective template page. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I believe an option will be added to be able to select a post template for whole categories of posts, for easier management. So posts from one category use one template, from another category another one and so on.
Thanks
Hi,
I have seen similar issues in some other cases, can’t say why it happens however. Try to use an image of a different size (smaller or bigger) also of a different format.
Try with the current logo you use now but change it’s size, see if this has any effect.
Thanks
Hi,
You could check some homepages and pages from the cloud library
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Homepages
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages
Also some sections – https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Sections
You can preview the templates and even edit them with the composer to see how they are made. All of them can be imported on your website through the cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
Our plugin will automatically deactivate itself if it detects plugins that are not part of a predefined list in it’s code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2DORngA6lc
This check could be deactivated and it will be active permanently, but that may cause problems with some plugins
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
You could do that and see if everything works properly.
Thanks
Hi,
I understand what you mean, but I can’t think of way to be able to do that however. What I can say is that we are working on a header builder, with it this maybe be possible, can’t say for sure. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
@stefan5254 That should still work, just be sure to check if the tagDiv composer plugin is deactivated. Some settings or options will be affected by both page builders, so there will be a conflict.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t think contact form 7 has AMP support, can’t seem to find any information about it in their docs
– https://contactform7.com/docs/
So using the contact form shortcode will not display anything in AMP. I believe this will require a plugin that can provide AMP compatible contact forms.
Thanks
As a quick fix you could try the following. Try to connect by FTP to the server and look for a favicon.ico in the root directory of the website, seems that the image is chosen. If there is no such favicon.ico create one and upload it there.
Hi,
The same favicon used by the website should appear in AMP pages as well. It seems it doesn’t pick and display that favicon however.
I have added this on our list and it will be investigated to see if there is a problem in the matter. We will fix it as soon as possible if needed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
For the analytics the code has to be entered in this form only
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pdbvZZZ9zbZ
Please enter it like that and it should work properly.
Thanks
Hi,
In most cases you would have to change the logo size to fit the header, not the opposite. Most header styles have a recommended logo size for good results
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
The exceptions are header styles 9, 10 and 11, these will display the logo in full
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
I should specify that currently there is a header builder in work, this will add more flexibility to the way header styles are built and can be used.
If the problem you are having is a different one please correct me.
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to display a text after the post title. With a cloud post template that will be possible easily, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SfaN6oLtTT0
So there would be no need for doing this in the code. Here you can preview and even edit the cloud post templates
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single
More about the cloud library plugin here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to display other blocks in the page, not the ones from desktop. Note that blocks and even whole rows can be hidden per device
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rovyvygS
Select the blocks you want and the device you want and hide them as needed. You can hide one block for mobile and one for desktop for example. The result will be a different block per device.
If you use the mobile theme plugin this will not be possible, the mobile pages cannot be edited with the composer, or display composer content
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
So you installed the theme and the tagDiv composer was not automatically installed and activated?
Try to install it from the theme plugins panel here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fZKF9wVGt7x
Or install it manually by FTP for example – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/
Let us know if you have more questions or problems.
Thanks
Hi,
I checked the font settings for the dropcaps, they seem to work
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wveF8FtfNoAG
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rUqlDrh2SvQe
For the color you can set it like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/Asun9NmDVb
The post subtitles don’t have general color settings in the theme panel, only the cloud post templates have such settings for them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iPnywX5XQSl
Uppercase for categories where exactly? I checked in the post page, seems to work
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TZy9E9Ei
If this is not what you meant, some examples would be helpful so I can check the exact settings that are not working for you.
Thanks
Hi,
In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below.
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Those are the only icons of the kind created specifically for that demo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/x60ZSfrpR
You can display other icons in the menu, like font awesome icons
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
The newer font awesome 5 could be used with the plugin mentioned in this topic (Font awesome integration plugin)
Thanks
