Hi,

3. So you would like to change the color of the links inside the articles, a code like this will do that

.td-post-content a {
color: yellow;
}

The link color can also be defined as you are creating the post
https://www.screencast.com/t/C6leh7fF
But that code is useful if you want to change them all at once.

4. Theme panel settings regarding the quotes will not apply in the comments section, only in the post or page content. I could give you a code to style the quotes in the comments
https://www.screencast.com/t/mhMS0NpO

.comment-content blockquote p {
font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
font-size: 14px;
line-height: 20px;
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 500;
}

Hi,

I believe this might be a misunderstanding. You can add reviews in posts
https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
After a review is added, the theme will add the necessary markups
https://www.screencast.com/t/SRfznj0U
Additional markup could only be added by using a plugin however, if it is required for you.

Thanks

Hi,

I believe this is present on our list, our developer team will take a look. But I cannot provide a time interval for the actions that will be taken if necessary. It may take a while unfortunately, there would be more urgent tasks at hand at the moment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience created.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have tested some of your posts with the AMP validator, I did not find any issues with any of the ones I tested
https://www.screencast.com/t/yL006YeNRO
All the posts I tested have valid AMP functionality.

Hi,

Indeed, there seems to be no page content whatsoever, no footer etc. Only the header is shown in the website at the moment. Basically these are the theme requirements
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If these are met the theme and theme plugins should work, there could however be other factors regarding hosting or server configurations that can sometimes be causing issues.

Please check the theme system status, ask your hosting to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide if necessary. If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login details, FTP and cPanel access as well if possible.

Thanks

Hi,

From what I can see there is no problem on mobile, the same content from desktop is displayed. Maybe you have previously installed and activated the mobile theme plugin. Note that when this plugin is active page content built with the composer will not be shown. Mobile page content has to be entered through the mobile editor
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme would be useful when you want to display a different and much lighter version of the website on mobile. This plugin is also optional, you can simply not install it. The main theme is responsive without it, plus the same content from desktop will be shown on mobile.

If you have a different problem it would be useful if you could mention some more details about it, we will try to help you.

Thanks

Hi,

I have inspected the website on mobile, there seems to be no problem on mobile at the moment
https://www.screencast.com/t/3yrt5P6gd2g
https://www.screencast.com/t/ieQu2v7DS
The menu works on all the website, I see no issue with it on the homepage. There are a couple of errors on the website regarding an image which is not found. This can delay the website loading. Please remove or replace the images found in these places
https://www.screencast.com/t/jJShtVNqhmh
https://www.screencast.com/t/TWEJpBOL
Then check if the errors are still present regarding that image

Hi,

You could change the default text in this theme file
https://www.screencast.com/t/gfEFYMqp8L

Thanks

Hi,

That would not be possible with the current theme options and capabilities. The modules will only display category tags on the thumbnails
https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-tag-on-modulesblocks/
These tags can be controlled with the primary category setting
https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/

Thanks

Hi,

I believe you mean featured posts, all the theme blocks and grids can be sorted with this method, it is not specific to the footer or other locations. These are all the available block settings
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Posts can be assigned to the featured category if you want, this category is created by default
https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Then choose a featured sorting in the block/grid you want.

Thanks

Hi,

The title attribute will be set as a title, like in this example
https://www.screencast.com/t/gnPHvoZD
https://www.screencast.com/t/Fv8PDfEug
So the navigation label is the actual menu item name, while the title is present as a link parameter. There would be no possibility of changing this functionality unfortunately.

Thanks

Hi,

You could try to change the theme name but that may create issues. The theme or theme plugins may not work as intended if you change the theme name or the default child theme name if used. If this is required for you, you should try this on a testing domain or sub-domain if possible, instead of the live website.

That is how they seem to be, the last two columns seem to be hidden. If that is not how the columns are set in the composer settings, we could take a look.

Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

Try as I suggested, create a page and use a theme block or element, use Visual composer as you are using now but place a theme block. Check to see how that loads in comparison with the current homepage. There should be a difference in favor of a theme block or grid for example.

Hi,

If you are having issues activating the theme by default method as well as manual activation, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your website, admin login and the registration key. We will take a look.

Thanks

Hi,

1. If you are using Visual composer, please deactivate the tagDiv composer. This page builder will be activated automatically when the theme is installed or updated. Deactivate it if that is the case.

2. I don’t quite know what that plugin does, we have not made any tests with it. Maybe you need to update it or change something in it’s configuration.

3. There were some changes made by Instagram to their code, we provided solutions here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/
Facebook is also making changes to their code, this seems to cause issue for some users. Depending on what they will do, we will try to provide solutions as well, for users who have issues.

Hi,

You could use the bbpress forum plugin, this plugin is compatible with the theme so there should be no problem
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-bbpress-forum/
The plugin documentation is here
https://codex.bbpress.org/step-by-step-guide-to-setting-up-a-bbpress-forum/

Indeed, on smaller screens the image is only partially visible
https://www.screencast.com/t/62KkfIVknMR9
While on bigger screens it is visible
https://www.screencast.com/t/2M8e8Unq3T5
This happens because of the custom design the demo uses for that section
https://www.screencast.com/t/quqBFTw4j8fw
You could edit the page used in the footer and change the elements in it, or try a different design
https://www.screencast.com/t/RSucMwqV
I will add this on our list and our design team will try to make some changes to that section as soon as possible, for better results on smaller screens. Thank you for mentioning it to us.

We provided a solution in a similar topic, the user wanted to display a bigger logo in the mobile menu. So we provided a code to increase the logo size while maintaining a proper positioning for the menu and search icons. That code would look like this on your website
https://www.screencast.com/t/05EzKKphvW
The same size will be kept when sticky
https://www.screencast.com/t/QFm3Fbm9OVwA
So you could try it and see if this is how you want it, the code could be modified if needed. This is the code, it can be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full, .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap, .td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu, #td-header-menu {
height: 100px !important;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle,
.header-search-wrap {
top: 23px;
}
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height:100px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
}
.td-header-style-6 .td-main-menu-logo img{
max-height: 100px;
}
}

I believe those columns might be hidden on mobile. Please edit the page with the tagDiv composer and check if that is the case. Click on the columns that are not displayed and see if they are hidden on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/H8LlYhWo8l
https://www.screencast.com/t/4ZA3PT1EgVGx
That would be the case, I see those 2 columns are hidden on mobile

Hi,

Those would be WordPress messages, search for them in the WordPress files if you would like to modify them, that would be the only way.

Thanks

Hi,

That would signal that there is an issue with the theme. Either it was not installed/updated properly, or there have been modifications to it’s files or code added in it’s files.

You could temporarily remove any theme modifications or additions and see if it works as intended. If there were no modifications made, you should re-install the theme. Preferably by FTP if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Let us know the results.

Thanks
