i have been trying 3 days now to add a “content click” code to my site. This is a typical “trending news” type widget (ads) I have the code which is:

And the content click support says i need to add this in the “single.php” area. She said i need to place it right below this code: <?php the_content();?> But i can’t find this code anywhere, i have played about alot with it, and can get it added above the post, sidebar and right at the bottom of the site, but i need it directly below the content, just before FB comments section.

Please take a look and advise where i add this code.

Hello, I’ve just purchased. I’m asking if it is possible to create a double side bar by using the Visual Composer Widget Sidebar, by anyone here on Newspaper forum. I’m an Online Adsense, Advertsing & Publishing Broker. I work alongside with Open X, Revcontent, Svorn, Taboola etc. I will be injecting a big investment into our Advertising Campaigns for Quarter 4 – Oct to January.

I need to be able to create an Ad Layout with Double Side Bar

1. 160×600 Banner on the Left as a Left Side Bar

2. 728×90 Banner

3. 300×600 Banner on the Main Right Side Bar.

I’m currently using a Theme that cannot support any modifications for Responsive Layouts from Desktop to Mobile because the 728×90 Banner doesn’t fit onto Mobile.

This is a screen shot of the last Theme I used named X Theme http://prntscr.com/8g3x8x.

However, there latest VC update had a conflict with their Theme. Which put our UX for mobile out of whack! All coding is no longer relevant until they sorted out the bug. I know Visual Composer has 5/6 + 1/6 but I need the 1/6 on the Left Side Bar not the right.

I reversed the 5/6+1/6 Columns around http://prntscr.com/8gw1l0 to give me Left Side Bar widget that for 160×600. Center Column 728×90. Main Right Side Bar 300×600.

Before I add CSS code. Is it possible to adjust the margins to full-width without Mobile Responsive being compromised?

As the right side bar is most effect for Banners of 300×600 + 300×250. I seriously need a Theme that has multiple template layouts but I need one that has a double sidebar to maximise Adsense/Ad Networking/Online Advertising and Publishing.

Emil G, http://prntscr.com/8gvt4m did say to hire a Programmer from Envato but I have had no replies, yet. I’m in desperate mode as our first campaign for Advertising is the 25th of September. I have tried Fiverr and Freelance with replies. But, I really don’t trust the work ethic from those two platforms. I can’t afford a huge budget to have a Template created.

Main Right Side Bar…? I’ve been trying to figure how to bring the right side bar down flush with the Left Side Bar and the Center Side Bar Columns. I’ve tired Top: -20px and Margin-Top: -20px as an example but it doesn’t seem to be moving.

Very serious mistake!

My site went on to duplicate the pages and indeixou thousands of pages after I added the email!

I had put service @ tudoemtecnologia and then moved to commercial @ tudoemtecnologia I saw that did not work and switched to link the contact form.

But after looking at my webmaster’s report, I saw the damage! The topic simply generated thousands of pages, example:

I need create a custom archive for categories: for example…

Section 1) CATEGORY TOP POSTS STYLE: Grid 1
Section 2) ARTICLE DISPLAY VIEW: M2
Section 3) bellow of section 2, I want to add another “ARTICLE DISPLAY M2” with a filter by TAG.

Section 1 and 2 are actually working perfectly.
But… Is posible to add “Section 3” from the theme panel? or i need add a custom template? archive-category_name.php with a custom query?

I’m trying to optimize ad placements on mobile devices so that for example: a 300×250 would show in the sidebar on desktop but would display within the content on mobile. To do so, the ad code would be in both places but only visible in one spot at a time (depending on the device).

I will be using DFP for Small Business to deliver the ads. I’d like to use the many Ad Zones already defined in the theme to keep things simple as possible.

My first thought is to use the <div class=”td-visible-desktop”> with the code to show the ad in the Sidebar but leave the <div class=”td-visible-phone”> blank. Then I would do the opposite in the Inline Article Ad Zone, leaving td-visible-desktop blank and adding the code to be visible on mobile.

If I do this, does both ads still fire (and result in an impression) – even when one of them is hidden?

The other option I can think of is to see if I can set the device in DFP so that a particular ad unit only displays on mobile or only on desktop etc. I’m not sure I can even do this but will have to look into it further.

Ultimately it looks like those Desktop / tablet / mobile toggle buttons in the Ad Settings would be perfect but I’m told those only work for managing the visibility of AdSense ads – not Google DFP ads.

Has anyone else faced this challenge and, if so, how did you deal with it?

There are around 100 pixels padding beneath the Image Gallery, which is far too much, where can that be changed, because there aren’t any design options in the Image Gallery settings?

Slide show pictures on my travel page were designed at 460 x 220, and they are set to that size in the image slideshow options, however, they actually show at 605 x 289, why is that and why aren’t the image slide show options working? Image Gallery added via Visual Composer, settings are no title, Flex Slider slide, auto rotate 3, on click action none, size 460 x 220.

i am using some 10-20 items in some of my sub-menu list so it appears quite long so can please help with that so i apply a drop-down selection list on this sub-menus i am talking about both top bar menu and main menu i really need that because i creating sports website with all leagues having about 10-20 teams so my sub-menu list becomes so large when i assign these teams to corresponding league.

I’m wondering about the following. I hope you can answer me and help me out:

A) I use adsense on my site, and manage it from the theme panel in newspaper. However I need NOT to see the ads on some pages and posts (especially on review posts I make), how is that possible?

B) I’m making product review posts now. Am I right to do that with “posts” and not “pages”. I’ve not seen the review option in “pages”, only in “post”. Is that correct?

C) I’m making product review posts now and I find the grid with the stars to be looking good but it’s too low in the page. I’d like to be able to move it. For example having the grid at the beginning of the content? Maybe having it at the beginning of the posts and again at the end. I haven’t seen where I can control that.

D) The review block enables us to stand out in the SERP (rich snippets?) ? Just wondering.

I have a problem. I do not know if it’s just me that it happens, but I found the following:

– I own an “article inline ad” google adsense 300×250 px, after paragraph: 1, float: left;

when there’s a picture in the beginning of the article (which would be the first paragraph), and when the photo has a caption, the third paragraph is next to the second without a separation.

Is there an easy hack / solution to structure the main slider on the homepage to work similarly to the slider found on http://newscore2.radiumthemes.com/ (one main big hero image & a small preview of the new featured image & upon click it expands out – again look at http://newscore2.radiumthemes.com/)

Im trying to get my ads to still show on Templates 10 & 11. I went into the theme options and I see where you can add the code to show in 11 in the top by the video. What about in the bottom where the article is? Even when I add a code to the sidebar via widgets it still doesnt show up on these specific templates.

Here theres and adsense code in the header..a different publisher i have in the template. But I should still be able to see the above article codes of a 728×90 and the side bar of a 300×250. They only show in the default template like this one:

Hey guys, wondering if there is a way to exclude event listings in site searches.

For example, I have a calendar with a ton of events, which makes it difficult for readers to find articles when doing a search.
