I appreciate the response but my question wasn’t really answered. I have enabled the Author option in the settings. It shows up on my homepage just fine. However it does not show up under the post title on the single post page. I’m not looking to remove it… I’m looking to add it.
Also, the comments count is only removed when the screen gets under a certain width. Is the display hidden of width under X amount for example?

Looks like there is a conflict issue. There are 3 different places you can set what menu is shown where. Even if all 3 are set it will show the menu once, then you refresh the screen and the same message appears.
Kind of makes the website look very unprofessional. Especially when there are mass marketing campaigns and potential customers are going to the site and seeing this message and not able to click on the links to sign up.
Signups have stopped. Was getting 20 per day, now 0.

I really need to Tweak Module 2 and Module 7.
The problem I am having with module 2 is the text that shows up beneath it, I just need to have the title and the picture. The Problem with Module 7 is that I want to delete the subtitle, category tag and, text beneath the picture and continue button, so basically to be left with only the picture and the title above it. Hope I make sense, I am not really technical, but I need this to be tweaked asap, otherwise I can not even use the theme.

Our VC doesn’t allow us to rearrange blocks. For example moving a Block 10 results in a js error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of null

The block container expands, but blocks cannot be re-arranged.

When a user of our website clicks on the login link (tagdiv login widget) and requests a password reminder, he receives an email with “This is an example email. Please update it with your own content”.
How can I change this text? Why is there no password?

Hi,
I have the single line header (Style 8 ) enabled & have it set to sticky.
When you first load up a page, the header is vertically large (around 80 px in height) , but once you start scrolling , the header turns sticky and looks smaller and much more elegant ( around 50 px in height).
I want to have that “scrolling/ elagant” single header(50 px) to show up on top of the page instead of the original 80 px one.
I am very happy to play / modify code if needed .
and can provide you site & FTP access details if needed.

The site doesn’t have a 3 column layout by default, as far as I know, nor do I recall seeing that in the theme demos, so it looks like you’re asking it do something it’s not designed to do out of the box.
However, as many have already mentioned, *you* can setup the home page using the Visual Composer to create three columns using the column creator, which has already been shown to you as in this example

As in the example site you show, it’s basically one row, with three columns as in my original example of
[ 1/4 ] [ 1/2 ] [ 1/4 ]
widget sidebar + main column w/story loop + widget sidebar
If that makes no sense to you, and you’re unable to use the tools which are fairly easy to use, you might need to hire a developer.

2. When I load the site it loads 3 – 4 times of different fonts before it actually loads the the font that i have selected for my website… i feel that it’s also taking time and making the site slower… is there any just to load one type of font which is selected from the backend?

I wanted to hide a column on my homepage when it’s seen in mobile devices, but nothing happened when I clicked “Column Settings” > “Width & Responsiveness” and selected the boxes to hide the content.
My site is http://cuerpoalma.com and the column I need to hide on smartphones is the one about the author (1/3 width).

I tried putting the images in a div, but that didn’t help. I put one of the types of ads that I’m having problems with on that example page: http://aftercredits.com/2015/02/official-android-app/. There’s a Fandango ad that does not work.
Also, if I disable using the theme.js, everything works just fine.

Thanks a lot for your hard work to create this quality wp theme. The article inline ad feature is good but i hope there’s a way to display different ads based on the category of current post?
For example, the current post belongs to Thailand category, the click through rate would be better if people read the content and see the inline banner about Thailand

by default I see that when I see items in a category or archive (like monthly archive) the template created pages per 10 results.
For example if I have 300 results, I will have 30 pages with 10 results each page.
Can I change somehow the default amount of posts per page to, lets say 20?

I have not uploaded any background-image (Theme panel -> BACKGROUND). And I’m not able to find a place to explicitly turn off background-image for the entire site, I thought it was turned off if no background image was uploaded to the Theme panel.
For the page itselves, I am using the “Homepage – bg – no article list” setting (have tried others too, but as I said with the same result). When I install the Theme locally (xampp) with the demo-content, I see the page “td_d_slug_4” has achieved the result I want – and it uses the “Homepage – bg + with article list” (using this on my site does not work either).
I must be missing some information here 🙂 Hope you are able to help me further

Nothing to do with theme. The first byte time is managed by the server setup, connection speed, etc. How fast the server responds to a query and serves anything is entirely managed and optimized on the server side.
So, you need to consider whether you’re using Apache, Nginx, Windows, etc., and research the various ways to enhance/optimize those settings with your hosting provider or a tech consultant.
For example there are many php optimizers that can run, on server caching, faster gigabit connection to the port switch vs 100-base which is typical, etc.

First off, let me thank everyone in the Newspaper support for being ever so kind and helpful with me ever since I made my purchase, this is actually one of the best ater-sales services I ever encountered! I am even doiung an article on my blog with the theme installed, where I will be thanking TagDiv for such a wonderful theme!
The theme is fully responsive, even non-javascript user-friendly, and I’d really recommend it to anyone. I recently heard something about a new version of newspaper coming, so I thought maybe I’d chip in a few of my own ideas for the next version, please let me know if they are workable:
1. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new “Stacks” and pre-defined styles.
2. I’d really appreciate it if you could modify the tagDiv social counter to be more customizable, probably something like Arquam here: http://codecanyon.net/item/arqam-retina-responsive-wp-social-counter-plugin/5085289?WT.oss_phrase=facebook&WT.oss_rank=26&WT.z_author=TieLabs&WT.ac=search_list
Also, a few more social media options, like Tumblr and Feedburner, wouldn’t hurt.
3. A featured news ticker, like the ones offerred by Jarida and Hot Topix, will be awesome:

I have to add that about blurred images: this happens on mobile, and limited to Module10, Module6, ModuleMX2. This happens also browsing your sample pages (e.g. http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/category/module-10-category/) on a iphone 4s.

Our server admin checked it and the problem stems from the request itself:

There is ?ver=1.4 at the end. If you delete it, it starts to work. When you leave it added, Google responds with 400 bad request.
