Hello, I’ve been experiencing a confusion between the mobile and desktop versions on my website for about two weeks now, using the theme. Sometimes, even when I open it from a computer, the AMP version appears. How can I resolve this confusion? I didn’t have such an issue before.

Thanks for resolving the fatal error issue last night.
It seems to have created another issue.
Now on the same directory post page, the template option that is normally on the top Tag Div Composer menu is not appearing so I cant select the template I was using (as a result all of the custom fields on the page say – sample data)
I tried loading a template from the tag div menu on the left and accessing the cloud library but neither will load.
This is currently only impacting this specific page (when clicking for the directory listings in to a result.
Here is fine and template selection (top menu) /cloud/ load template works properly :https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/directory/

I have a few other directories that are all operating properly – it is only this page where the previous issue was resolved that has the problem.

Installed ready theme “Gadgets”. Everything is fine on the desktop version. But on the mobile version of the site, the “Newspaper” template is displayed.
For the main page (https://blog.wo.ua/) and pages with articles (https://blog.wo.ua/wwdc-2023/), a correctly configured Template is displayed.
However, for all other pages (For example: https://blog.wo.ua/category/gadgety/kompiuterna-technika/noutbuki/ and https://blog.wo.ua/tag/vision-pro/) the template “Newspaper “.
How to solve this problem, tell me please?

My site is bibimtalk.com and I created a mobile page with tagdiv however, when I access it on my iphone it’s not that page at all. It is something weird with my logo that I didn’t create. I already got to AMP settings to disable redirection to AMP version but I still don’t get the right page.
Could you help me ? it is pretty urgent

To assign a menu, please set it in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/umTPFTr.png to hide it you need to use a custom code css like thistest

When in amp mode a hamburger menu button shows up as in https://ibb.co/9ny2X12 On clicking it we see https://ibb.co/SQ1L0s6 Clicking this opens the log in page.
Is there a way to disable the hamburger menu button when in AMP. It does not show in non amp page.

Hello, we changed the menu and nothing to do, the following code is still on all our language pages, example: https://youpi.news/nl/
the code is impossible to remove:

We contacted wordpress and they confirmed that the problem came from the theme.
Just an update for users.
I had the same problem: an ample empty space under the header, it was caused by the Google Site Kit plugin when the option “Let Site Kit place AdSense code on your site” of the AdSense tab was on.

You can hide one element on desktop and unhide it on mobile, for example. Every element in the TagDiv Composer has a setting to make it invisible. This setting can be seen in the CSS tab of every element: [Display: HIDDEN]. You can also hide the entire row.

What I wanted to say is that there is no need to use the Lazy-load option in the theme, there are also cache and optimization plugins that have lazy-load options, for example:
Lazy Load by WP Rocket, A3 Lazy Load, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush, Optimole, Lazy Loader, Lazy Load for Videos, Autoptimize.
The most used with our theme are Autoptimize, Smush and EWWW Image Optimizer.

In a new site https://shop.trplane.com i am trying different things that i believe dont work or i dont know how to do it:
1.- I imported a new template only for author template, but appears the “general” one, not the one i choose. I changed in theme builder, cloud templates, etc
2.- I want to include in home page a module called “EventOn”. I mention this one as an example. Is there anyway to inlude a module, using a shortcode or wathever in the home page or othe template page?
3.- From another site owned by me (a gallery), the site has de capacility to create a gallery with videos and images. It produces an rss, Can an rss be included, for example, in the author page or home page? (ie “latest images”)

Hello! Just an idea. It would be nice to add a custom social link icons because the list of options is not complete (for example I’d like to add plebstr)
I truely don’t believe that TagDiv now put header ads in my WordPress control panel !!
I have no interest in “Bespoke Web Development & Design Services” and find it directly rude that a theme I’ve paid for now put ads in my WordPress admin.
How to remove that ?
