is it possible to install a different plug-in for User registration & management?
Or how can I reset the settings but not loose all the design updates and content changes on my template?
Hello,
You can use only mobile theme without AMP, or create a mobile page.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use; for this , you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to edit with tagdiv Composer.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
I have uploaded the articles to my website and linked the menu items to the respective categories. However, in some categories, the articles assigned to them are not being displayed, even though they appear correctly on the homepage. In some cases, fewer articles are shown than the actual number published.
I’ve already tried clearing the cache, checking from different devices, and making sure that each article is assigned to the correct category.
My website is http://www.ragazze.media – here’s an example of a category page where articles are not being displayed: https://www.ragazze.media/category/fashion/
Hello,
I recommend disabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, as any changes made for mobile won’t be reflected while it’s active. You can create mobile pages and templates.

Hi,
AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Having better contrast between background and text will require changing the colors a bit. It can be done with some CSS. For 3example I see that the tags don’t have enough contrast, setting a dark background for them should fix the problem, and the same for the comment date and comment reply links https://prnt.sc/wTowSA5os9dc Please try this code https://pastebin.com/MGg0yJWn
Not sure why the test says that the thumb in the block in the sidebar has no size. The thumb does have the sizes set inline https://prnt.sc/xbFWlFu53l_C and that is how it should be.
I will check more and try to help.
Thank you!
When I enable the tagDiv Mobile Theme, changes I’ve made don’t appear correctly on mobile devices. If I disable the mobile theme, the changes do show up, but there are some errors — for example, on single article pages. The only way to make it work is by scrolling down and selecting “exit mobile version,” but this isn’t acceptable for users. I need the mobile version to work properly without requiring any manual action.
Website url https://bionetworth.com/ please try opening in mobile here is the screenshot”https://prnt.sc/MtLkFEoG8AKQ”
is it possible to not send the email account verification:
Username: peterstest
To set your password, visit the following address:

https://tbootp.com/wp-login.php
I want the accounts to automatically activate, if that’s not an option how can I edit the email?
Hi!
How do I force the AMP versions to load on mobile devices on the Newspaper theme? As it is, the mobile theme comes up even though I have the AMP plugin activated. Thanks!
Yep! I’ve got the initial modal that is seen in the screenshots, and that triggers a second modal (that isn’t showing), that links/displays to a specific page with various elements
For example, you’d click the initial menu to bring up the menu seen in the screenshot. If you then click on “Magic Kingdom” it would bring up another modal, which would be populated by a page with various elements such as image boxes and an article loop.
Still not working
In example simple page with 2 components:
1. Header Live search – with Post Type “somecustomposttype” – working fine
2. Posts List – with Post Type “somecustomposttype”(the same) – showing “You have not created any posts yet”
Hi,
Do you want to display specific posts in a block? If so, then you can enter the IDs of the posts in the block here https://prnt.sc/kVWkJHY1d7IT
The IDs of the posts can be seen while editing them, for example https://prnt.sc/5QFy1sXD9xlN
Please try it.
Thank you!
https://www.dailymotion.com/embed/video/x58xedz?autoplay=0&info=0&logo=0&social=0&start=14&related=0& this one is added at this url
https://192.145.234.88/~urdutu5/mukhtar-nama-40-end-urdu-revenge-of
This is my old site from which I migrated. Here the video is working well.
and https://www.dailymotion.com/embed/video/x58xedz?autoplay=0&info=0&logo=0&social=0&start=14&related=0&
this is the link which is added at this url
https://www.urdutubes.com/2017/04/mukhtar-nama-40-end-urdu-revenge-of.html
This is the URL where I migrated my site, and I can see video is not working here.
What is the difference between these?
I also notice that
I added a video in post body in new site at this url https://www.urdutubes.com/2018/04/israel-in-mind-of-america.html
video is working well, but code added into featured post field is not working.
You can also see at this link, https://www.urdutubes.com/2025/04/try-post.html
where I added a test post, I added the code in featured post field but it is not working.
You can see at this link https://www.urdutubes.com/2025/04/try-post.html
the video added in the post body is working fine, it means the issue is not with the Dailymotion, the main issue is with the theme. Plz look into this, my 2000 posts of videos are not working.
Hello!
Where exactly do you need to add a link?
Check this guide: https://help.x.com/en/using-x/how-to-embed-a-post
If you would like to add custom labels in the module, you can use a custom field from the ACF plugin. For example, use the WYSIWYG field type.
Thank you!

Hi,
From what I see those are different websites. First you are checking on https://eliaq.sk/ and then on https://eliaq.com/ Is it a multisite? Normally if you are logged in as a super admin you should see the admin bar on all the websites that are part of the multisite, assuming you also have an admin account on all the websites. If you don’t see the admin bar on this website for example https://eliaq.com/ and you have an admin account for it, try logging in. Because as I see it from the screenshots, you are probably not logged into the second website, the admin bar is missing.
Thank you!

There are still some rules for refunds. We are flexible when it comes to approving refunds but for example Envato will not process refunds for products purchased more than 180 days ago https://prnt.sc/tH0aXNFcrH-J We usually approve refunds for purchases made within that time limit, but for older purchases its out of our hands unfortunately.
Please let me know if you have more questions.

Hello, this is my site link
https://www.urdutubes.com/2017/09/zakhm-e-akbar-pe-laila-rida-daal-do.html
where I set the post type as video, and in field featured video, I added this link to show video from Dailymotion: https://www.dailymotion.com/embed/video/x61rtfm?autoplay=0&info=0&logo=0&social=0&start=14&related=0&
but as shown in above link, dailymotion page home is showing in video panel.
while before migrating from inmotion to Hostinger, it was working fine, I can show you the same link from inmotion as I saved the site, and after everything is fine, I will delete the inmotion site. at inmotion site, this post’s video is working fine, as on this link https://192.145.234.88/~urdutu5/zakhm-e-akbar-pe-laila-rida-daal-do
plz guide me why the link is not working,
I have made a custom post type “selskab” and added some custom fields. It works fine, example
https://www.indeksinvest.dk/selskab/invesco/
As you can see in column to the right, I can add “URL”, and when I add “link” I can also edit link when I edit the post type, but for some reason I cannot select “link” when I edit the template, but only all the other custom fields types.
What might be the issue here?
In the demo video for designing from scratch, at the 2:00:05 timestamp, the guidance line is used. Plz check.
Hello Amit!
I’m glad that I could help you!
You can add a link, for example.
Thank you!
