Hello. I noticed that while the amp in the result Google show the page correctly (https://ibb.co/M5BFj9n)
while when the post is in facebook shows something very wrong (https://ibb.co/hZyQ0xW). I can not find how this happened. I have not changed anything in the settings
Hi Vlad!
IT’s working, but the page name still loading and you can see it for few milisec.
Is there any extra option to resolve it? Example change the text color to white…or…don’t know.
We found the error. We deactiveated AMP and tagDiv Mobile Theme and now its working. You might want to look into this!
Hi,
We experiencing problems with the mobile theme. With or without AMP installed the menu does not work (no response if clicked) and none of our pages are showing. It just shows the post pages on the home screen. Other than that it only displays the header and footer. Please advice asap!
Hello,
I recently configured AdSense AMP Auto Ads for the Mobile Theme and am having an issue. The ads are showing up, but I removed the footer area from showing ads using the AdSense preview page, yet they still seem to display in the footer.
Is there a specific way I need to do this for AMP Auto Ads?
Please Help!
Thanks
If I want to gain loading speed on mobile devices but maintain the formatting of my desktop version of the website do I simply install the AMP plug-in from the plug-ins menu and NOT the Mobile Theme plug-in? I’ve watched the tutorial videos but still not clear on whether both plug-ins need to be installed simultaneously, or if AMP will work as stand-alone plug-in.
Thanks.
Hi
My license key is (www.wasted.ie)
I was wondering if how to update to the latest version of Newsmag4 installation, please.
Also – I can’t seem to find the option for the wp template to go wide-format.
At present it displays as centred with the background showing either side – but where & how can I extend the width of the page to display either larger (wider) or full-width, please?
Cheers.
Best
Mike
Hello,
If you want to the responsive version, you can disable the mobile theme or use it only for AMP. => https://www.screencast.com/t/w0CjbwfBJk
If you want to use the mobile theme, and you have a few pages, you can disable the mobile theme individual per page => https://www.screencast.com/t/4dJW0Ck0q4jo
Or you need to make a new page content using an only mobile editor(you can’t use copy-paste)
You can find more information about the mobile theme in our documentation =>https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
For example the “quotes” have different colors. Is it normal?
It’s a minor problem, but maybe is easy to fix.
Thank you!
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.
Please note that at the moment the Support team is not 24/7 available. We answer the topics from Latest to Newest Monday – Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM GMT+2
Thank you !
Hello!
Yes, you are right. This plugin is an untested one with our theme, but in this documentation it was a recommendation for how you can use preload fonts option.
Our theme inserts a query string in the CSS (&ver=10.3.9.1), but this shouldn’t be an issue for it. It is possible to remove it if you want, but this can be found in many files.
You can find out that you can do the preload manually also, check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/what-is-this-archive/
Thank you!
Hello !
That can be achieved using tagDiv Composer. Edit the margin on your header as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UHnA2NYDrrYu
Set the header to a negative like -15 for example.
Let us know the result !
Thank you !

Hello !
I’m not sure I fully understand the issue here. This is how your desktop looks like: https://www.screencast.com/t/zeWbxHRqEXZB
And this is AMP: https://www.screencast.com/t/qLMgKXUpK
Everything seems to be in order, are we missing something ?
Thank you !
Hi,
The JavaScript code use to expand the comment is not working on amp. For amp version it must be use a code specific for amp, here are some more details about this https://amp.dev/documentation/guides-and-tutorials/develop/custom-javascript/
Normal the 430px height should apply only after click on the comment field.
I will make some more investigations, maybe I can find something to help.
Thank you!
Nice to meet you!
Only one ad at the top of the body can be set.
I would like to change this setting to two body settings.
2 for example
(Left) 300×250
(Right) 300×250
This is the format.
The location is exactly below the title.
Having nightmare with the design. Menu is not stable. Whenever a new post is uploaded menu breaks down and design goes for a toss. Mobile and desktop menu gets mixed with each other. Help needed.

How do I stop the image fade-in effect in the ‘Raw & Wild’ prebuilt template in the Home Page? I don’t want the image to fade in. I just want a static image. Thank you. https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_wildlife/
Hi, Bettina!
I thought TagDiv team did not support the use of WPRocket, as it is implied in the image you annexed in the answer. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
Anyway, I do not use it (using another plugin at the moment), and already enabled the preload fonts.. no result (better, the PageSpeed suggestion only shows when I enable the “preload fonts option”).
It seems that the Newspaper theme inserts a query string in the CSS (&ver=10.3.9.1). And, because of that, PageSpeed don’t recognize the display=swap query. Could that be the issue? If yes, there is a way to fix this?
Hello,
This situation appears when using the mobile theme plugin, this is a light version for mobile that it will provide a better speed, but you’ll need to set the page content using only the mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/tza7Da7E7DfJ and this content will be displayed on the mobile theme and AMP version.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi guys, I’m using the AMP plugin.
As you can see the colors (and layouts) of desktop and AMP versions are quite differents.
Post desktop mode
Same post AMP version
The colors in particular are quite bad.
I asked to the AMP plugin support and they told me:
It looks like you’re using the Newspaper theme by TagDiv, which features its own AMP templates. These templates use the same design and styling for mobile as they do for desktop. Your team developer should be able to assist with this.
How can i make the two versions the same or at least as similar as possible?
Thank you!
Hello!
If you have cloud template and also both plugin installed(Cloud Library & TagDiv Composer plugin), then you should be able to edit a post with TagDiv Composer like in this video:
https://www.screencast.com/t/SgbuKg4pO1II
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
1) Disable the “SHOW CATEGORIES TAGS” by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Post settings -> Post and custom post types.
2) Please try to add this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Custom CSS:
.td-footer-logo amp-img {
width: 189px !important;
height: auto !important;
}
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
For our “Pages” only, not posts, whenever the AMP/Mobile theme loads, the content is not shown, I checked HTML, there is no content in td-page-content in AMP.
Any clue why this could be?
Thanks.
Hello!
Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin and you can find in that element a setting for sorting or filtering the posts from that element.
For example, you can include post and have some options here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tnF3mcNqgr :
1. Post ID filter => add posts by IDs
2. Category filter => choose a category from which to display posts
3. Multiple taxonomies filter => choose multiple categories from which to display posts
4. Filter by tag slug => add posts by category name
5. Multiple authors filter => specify ID authors from which to display posts
6. Post Type => specify post type, for example if you have custom posts
7. Sort order => you can choose in which order you want to display posts
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
