I was running a GTMetrix scan to see what is causing long load times for my site and I noticed that there’s a file that is attempted to be pulled by the website called 1.jpg that came with the there demo. It was a large stock image, which I deleted, along with all other stock images that were imported, so I can’t show you the exact image anymore. However, can someone please let me know how I can stop the request for pulling this image, that now doesn’t even exist anymore and instead gets a 404 message?

thanks for your reply, we have no problems with using it, but it’s not working correctly. We have issues for example with Flex Block 5, with an imported cloud header template (Fashion Pro) and with others.

I have updated to the latest version of WordPress & Newspaper theme, but I am now experiencing the following issues:
1. On AMP pages, clicking on the hamburger doesn’t bring up the menu. Instead the message ‘click here to use the wp menu builder’ (this worked previous to update)
2. From Dashboard > Newspaper > Plugins … AMP plugging has the green Activate button showing (clicking it doesn’t change anything). Although on the Dashboard > Plugins > it shows as active.

All the elements from tagDiv Composer are responsive if you do not make any customization (font size, font height …), these are set by default on some individual settings per devices, if you make a change in one device, this will be set for all devices and you need to check the view port for each one and adjust the settings.

If the mobile theme plugin is enable and you are using the mobile +amp option, that means that you are using the responsive option on posts and pages, please check and enable the mobile theme like this -> https://i.imgur.com/MnirXtI.png

Hi, I have a problem too. You cannot activate the Official AMP for WP plugin. MENU is loaded on the web for 20s img menu and does not work on mobile. I did everything you write here, but nothing helps 🙁 https://redmix.cz
PS: I noticed that this problem is only on HP. In the menu categories works well on mobile.

I just checked your website and all the menus, from desktop, mobile and amp are working, what is the problem? maybe I do not understand what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

This is only a design issue, actually the plugin will be activate but the status in not change in Newspaper plugins, this will be fix soon.

I’m a novice user and back to Newspaper theme! I would like some help with customising Gadget Pro please
After a new install of Newspaper 10.3.2 on a new host, I have installed the Gadget Pro demo with demo content. I want to edit the home page layout. I have clicked the TagDiv composer. First I created some new post categories, and updated posts to be in these categories (example: I created a news category and added multiple posts to news). For the first element on the top left of the page Flex Post 2, (see Pic 1) I clicked the Filter tab and set the Category Filter to News – but no content showed up. So I switched it back to All Categories – and no content is showing so it remains empty. Why doesn’t it show any posts?

I love the wide page layout, but further down I would like to add a new content block that lists a series of posts from news category, and on the right column lists a social counter, ad box and most read etc. See Pic 2. How do I set this up?

For posts you can choose different templates, if I want one template to have a social counter, ad box and most read in the right column where would I configure this?

I can’t figure out how to change the mobile theme’s logo from saying “NEWSPAPER” along with the tagline “DISCOVER THE ART OF PUBLISHING” and replace all that with my logo. the first load of the theme dosn´t function well. It loads a kind of mobile theme I guess. After reload the normal theme works. If I delete the cookies the same error is back. I disabled all plugins and after all the problem is there.
Please check also google pagespeed and you will see that the site (mobil & desktop) is loading wrong.
I did all the settings on the server an the template you recomment.
So I need help to solve that issues.

Hi i have installed the Newspaper X (10.3.2) theme on my WordPress along with all the plugins and i have installed one of the pro Demo theme, when i make any changes through Theme Panel Customization it is not working on website i tried 4 Demo Themes but non of them working for customization, Example: Post setting/post and custom post types and deleting, changing logo, font and many more customization are not working,
What ever i make changes on theme panel it is not reflecting on Demo Themes

i this error when i try to access to the cloud library for example : the Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Have same problem, I have activated many times AMP plugin but when page reload its still showing ACTIVATE as in your screenshot.
However, I think AMP is working perfectly on my site
I have installed the new update today but amp is not working, I have installed an amp and activated it, but in the theme plugin, it’s showing pls active amp even though I activated it. I uninstalled all plugins and theme and reinstalled but not working

You didn’t answer all the questions and your example does not offer a thorough visual example.

How will this element work for mobile? Will the text wrap properly? You didn’t show that. There is no text wrap in your example.
Does the text and/or icons scale for the mobile display or is it the same size as on the desktop? Again no answer.
It’s taking days to answer questions that should take hours. And yes, I know that you’re 6 hours ahead of us.
