Unfortunately it is pretty difficult. if it were easy, RTL support would not have been an issue.. You can change the direction easily. But the theme modules and blocks were designed in a LTR manner. They will not behave properly reversed. All the theme elements will have to be adjusted if you want to make the modification properly and that is no easy task.

Well this is the way css works when you re-write it. If your page speed is not optimized, or you use speedbooster to move the render blocking css to the footer as google page speed recommends, this is the effect. Google page speed recommends you move the css to the footer but it will not say that all your styles will apply muuuch slower as the css will wait until everything is loaded before it can apply your style.
The easiest solution for this is to view your page source in your preferred browser and copy all of the rendered css between the style tags (do not copy the style tags though.just the code inside it) like so: http://screencast.com/t/ut5nfIvXp and paste the code at the very end of style.css from the main theme folder on your server. This way all your styles will load first and css will not show the rewrites

Unfortunately creating a whole new block falls beyond what the theme support can offer you. This represents customization and you will require substantial coding knowledge to create a new block. You can read the theme API documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ but the them API is not part of the theme support. It is intended for developers only.

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand of what query you are referring to. You should make some tests through creating a new page for testing where you will have to add a block and change the sortings. (popular, random, latest, etc) and you must identify the origin of this issue. Eventually, you can change and the filters wich can influence because all of these are consumer memory. You will have to make deeper investigations in this regard to find the cause of problems. However, I suspect the popular 7 day filter to cause this issue. Try to change it and check the results.

It’s always best to actually be able to see and inspect the problem 🙂
The orange color comes from the demo you installed. It is added through code so you can only change it through coding. Use this css to change the color:
.td-blog-cars .block-title{
background-color:red!important;
}
You can add the code in the theme panel->custom css box
