I got the shortcode issue working.
Still can’t get it where I can fully edit the TD Composer blocks adding elements.
Can only duplicate one, then modify that one to fit whatever I’m working on which wasn’t the way I’ve worked with it before.

Shortcode appears below the footer. Have tried using the TD Composer with the Title-Text block and Custom HTML block but does not work on that page.
Another page running Newspaper on a different site a test page works perfectly

Both sites appear to be running same Newspaper theme details. I have attempted to load both in TD Composer and in the default WP Editor and get the same result. Just reaching out to see if there are any ideas there.
I cannot insert new rows in the TD Composer on either theme and have gotten it there by duplicating rows and content, then changing them.
1) add recaptcha
2) add payment requirement
3) possibly add WordFence to block bad bots
Any free signup page will be hit by bots.

Figured out. Issue was with CSP settings, they were blocking activation.

You can’t use two filters at the same time; you can use a post ID or filter category.
You can customize the category template. For the category template, please use a posts loop; if you have set a posts loop, it will display all posts in this category. Alternatively, you can use Flex Block/Big Grid Flex and set the filter to “Category -Current category” => https://i.imgur.com/7P99qx0.png. This is why the block will display posts for each category.

I opened the cloud template to start configuration. I do not know how to change the cute picture in the first block “Shop by Category”. Where can I find this picture and how can I change it? What are the dimensions here?
On my website it is not even showing that picture – just a gray gradient box but I want to add the picture like the sample theme page.

Also note, some sites have specific guidelines for pulling in their content via RSS. For example, if you have a nude website, most news sites will block you from pulling their content. If you are selling stuff, and trying to use content from other sources is also usually a no-no. If you have a news or content site and want to pull in news content to “fill” space, and not be your only posts, there are services like Send2Press that has free news feeds, as here:

For example, a newspaper in Ohio might pull national news from the above source and publish on their “national” news page to add content to their site without having to create the national news. Again, using news content for making money on an affiliate site, or selling cannabis or whatever would not be acceptable.

INP was not only recently added, so Anamaria is incorrect. INP only recently became a mandatory factor.
INP has been available for a long time (at least 6 months) to test/see. Therefore the data was available to figure out what in Newspaper causes its poor score.
It is shame it was not fixed by March 2024, when INP became a mandatory factor.
Judging from poor INP on some of our websites, it can be caused by mobile menu, mobile search and modal pop-up blocks. There can of course be a number of other blocks/factors that cause it eg java driven items etc.
I have a blogpost in that category, and also tried putting in the post-id but it still doesn’t pull up.

Running Newspaper with caching.
On my main page I display (amongst other) news articles in Flex Block 1 with
> Filter
– All Categories
– Random Posts
If I hit F5 as a visitor, the blog articels don’t change, where as I check the page when being logged in as administrator the same time, different blog articles do show up (which is my intention).
Is there a setting that I can use in order to force different articles shown every time the main page shows, although I caching it?

Is there a option to highlight title color on the frontpage or when posting the news articles in the dashboard?
I what to highlight the content that is more important out of the list of articles we are displaying in a block.

This 2nd block is created using the Flex Loop Builder. It has pagination. When you select 3,4,5 etc. page it is continuously showing the same posts.
I’m using a module template (created from scratch) comprised of 3 separate flex blocks.
