Hi,
Please also try this without any plugins active then enable them all one by to confirm that the All In One Seo plugins generates this issues.
Also make sure you empty cache and let me know how it goes.
Thanks
Thanks so much, that worked! Now I wanted to know something. I tried to use Super Cache for the theme, and I get this error :
<!– Page not cached by WP Super Cache. No closing HTML tag. Check your theme. –>
Why is that ?
Thanks.
Hi Chris! Thank you for all your suggestion, the server seems to be better now, unfortunately we have issue on speed of the site again:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rnbjunk.com%2F
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150129_7M_MXV/
http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.rnbjunk.com/XdWKMwAw
We have activated TagDiv Speed, Speed Booster Pack, W3 Total Cache (Page CDN Browser CLOUDFLARE).
Hi,
On my site http://www.sodalive.ba, after last update i cant make to work “Popular posts last 7 days”.
I dont have activated cache plugin, this option is enabled…
Hi,
Have you also updated WordPress also? If not please do so then following this guide connect via FTP and remove the VC plugin’s folder then install it as instructed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Also try this without plugins active, empty cache and purge files if you are using CDN host.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
I have checked your site and noticed that most of the images added in your posts are loading just a thumb of the image and not the original image: http://screencast.com/t/rwTodrMFLM which based on the width and height image attributes is stretched and from there that blurry effect appears.
This could be caused by your recent WordPress update so I suggest you try to edit an image within a post and change its size: http://screencast.com/t/oB3B8nsASbB then check again and also try to regenerate thumbnail and empty cache files/purge files if you use CDN.
Please let me know!
Thanks

Hi,
Please also check our demo and see if you still noticed this there: http://screencast.com/t/BDOc2frp5zy as I have also tested this on iPad and haven’t found any issue as you’ve described.
Make sure that you also try this without any plugins active and empty cache/purge files.
Please let me know and also provide you site’s URL.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems that you also use CDN: http://screencast.com/t/CO50qKXb
I suggest you empty cache/purge files then try again as you CDN is loading old content.
Thanks
Hi,
Please also try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active to make sure that is not happening due to other plugins you use, then make sure that you regenerate your thumbnails: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/
After doing this empty cache and check again.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks
Hi,
You need to remove it then install it again from the /plugins folder which was provided with the theme files and make sure that you have and use the 2.7 version of the plugin. Also make sure that you empty cache/purge files and test this without any plugins active.
If you still have this issue after doing this please give wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look at this and send login details at contact@tagdiv.com and also send a link to this tread or specify your issues details.
This could also help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/
Thanks
Pagination for block 6 on homepage is still not working .No plugin is active except for VC and no cache used .My site:http://www.managerreads.com.

Hi,
I suggest you go trough your cache settings and make sure you add your front page to “purge policy” as here if you sue W3 Total Cache plugin: http://screencast.com/t/zNy5P8HQ5Dhc
If you use other cache plugin I suggest you to disable any other cache options and use just page cache and also look for an option similar to the purge policy one from W3TC.
The error you get seems to come from Google Analytics by Yoast plugin, I suggest you try to update it to the latest version and also test if you still have this issue when all other plugins are disabled as this could be ion conflict with other plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Could you please also let me know on which devices have you tested this as I have checked your site on various devices and haven’t found any issues as you’ve described it, the menu works fine.
If you still have this issues I suggest you also try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files.
Please let me know!
Thanks
The Ad system definitely has some thing going on around it…. I thought its responsive issue but then even if I set the size to fixed, its not working. Cleared cache etc.
Check the screenshot here:
http://tinypic.com/r/14tosbn/8
Any ads i ad gets BLOWN UP out of proportion and the size of the ad image banner goes to 640 x 500 or something like that.
Is anyone else facing this issue?
Ok Great! Yes I believe I have the latest version of the theme.
The strange thing is that even if I disable Total Cache, the 7 day post sorting in the sidebar module is not updating. it’s very strange, since it used to work flawlessly, when I first installed the theme.
Thank you
Lucian, I followed what you said and the only way I can have new posts on the homepage is if I empty all caches each time I have a new entry. Which is what I have been doing just to continue to operate, but obviously this is not want it to be fixed. Only started having this problem after I uploaded new theme
Hi,
The 7 days post sorting was not designed to work with cache, we have it on our list, we’ll fix it in one of the future updates. Do you have the latest version of the theme?
Thank you, Emil G.
Hi,
Thanks Chris!
@saucestevo
Please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
As Chris also mentioned In some cases this turned out to be due to the tagdiv speed booster plugin as this plugin moves the css and js automatically to the bottom of the page.
We suggest to deactivate all plugins to make sure this doesn’t happen due to others plugins you use and if this issue persists please let me know and also provide your site’s url.
Thanks
Hi,
Please send you site’s URL so I can also inspect this and make sure that you empty cache/purge files if you use any first.
Thanks
Hi,
The pagination works based on ajax so please also try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files then check again.
If this still happens also check your console and let me know if you have some js errors present there.
Please also note that I have also checked this using the latest theme version (4.6.1) and found no issue so it should work in your case also, make sure that you also use the latest theme version and if not update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure how that happened but please also try by disabling all plugins and empty cache/purge files first and after doing it make sure you use the guide and remove the plugin then upload it form the /plugins folder and also make sure that you download the actual version of the theme from theme forest.
Regarding the search issue please give wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look at this and send login details at contact@tagdiv.com and also send a link to this tread or specify your issues details.
Thanks
Hi,
The latest articles section also has filter options so make sure that you haven’t altered them and/or set it as you like from there: http://screencast.com/t/bAoQ9TfYB
Also make sure you empty caches if you sue any.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
Please try this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache as well and make sure the theme actually saves settings. The issue with saving settings usually appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
Hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks
Hi,
These are the pagination types you can set on blocks: http://screencast.com/t/TWMSjRpY
All of them work based on ajax so I suggest you set the pagination then check this without any plugins active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files if you use a CDN host service.
Please let me know if you still have issues with it after this and also provide your site’s URL so I can also check this as it should work, I’ve also tested this and found no issues.
Thanks
I have emptied the cache multiple times, nothing happens. I am sure its not working since it’s only showing old posts which I know is not the most visited.
I have tried deactivating wp total cache with no results.
I am however using the speed booster plugin, could that be the source of the problem?
Thanks for the support!
