Hello @dennispillai!

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

Thank you!

Hi,
Most times when this happens it is related to a cache or object cache, for example, if you make a new setting in the theme panel, after you refer to the browser, that setting remains or the old one is displayed. If it is the old one, then it is clearly from an object cache -> https://i.imgur.com/wmRBo1d.png
Thank you!

Hello,
I just checked your website and I see that the mobile speed is not bad -> https://i.imgur.com/uMhOlLp.png what I can recommend and could help you is to disable google fonts. Also, make sure you use a lazy-loading option -> https://i.imgur.com/eQD7YWI.png And the last recommended would be a cache object that could help you.
Thank you!

need help.
our website http://www.cidademarketing.com.br in mobile format could only be found by displaying the “news” section. unlike how it was before – which displayed identically to the format displayed on the desktop.
in tagdiv composer – in desktop, tablet and mobile view – found normal – but on my smartphone the page doesn’t load completely according to the model. everything was normal and all of a sudden everything changed. what should i do to adjust? I already cleared the cache and it didn’t fix it.

Hi,

1. You can edit them with tagdiv Composer and set your categories titles after you can apply a filter for each block, with what category you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/Ap2LH3b.png
2. This sounds like a caching issue. More specifically, a caching that affects the backend, like object cache. But that would affect the whole theme panel, not just specific settings.

It could also happen due to a firewall or security setting, but if that were the case, none of the settings would.

Thank you!

Thank you! I cleared cache and tried again with no luck. I have been able to resolve all errors except for the max_input_vars, it is still showing 1000.

Thanks Bettina, It was a cache issue. We run LiteSpeed on our site. I need to know exactly what theme file or theme files that is responsible for generating and rendering the sticky sidebar.. Once I know what file is responsible for generating the sticky sidebar, I can adjust some settings in LiteSpeed settings.

Currently I do not know what files is responsible for generating the sticky sidebar.

Please advise

Hi,

I just checked, depends it depends on how long the cache is regenerated. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.Energy_Cache_Regeneration_Process_Overview.htm&type=5

Yes, this option of mobile cache is enabled as required.
Also, I have created a new user with contact@tagdiv.com to access wp-admin, please check.
Thanks

Hi,
If the option for mobile cache is enable then should not be such problems -> https://prnt.sc/G708sdFvS-Sn
If you agree, we can take a look, for this he needed temporary wp-admin access, this can be provided by email to contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!

Hello,

Seems you have the mobile theme and AMP are still activated on the website. Please deactivate those plugins and purge the cache a few times.
Please disable the redirect from the mobile version to amp -> https://i.imgur.com/7Z7V82x.png using that option your visitors will never see the responsive version, only the amp version.

The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
There are some settings in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme and Dashboard -> AMP only.
You can not add a shortcode as in the TagDiv Composer. Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled.

Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Thank you!

My site can’t be indexed by bing because the HTML file is too big past their standard 125kb

https://freeimage.host/i/bXDSa9

I’ve been using webp images on the site and even my plugin isn’t so much of a support only as a news website.

My plugins outside of this theme are:

Akismet Anti-Spam
CHP Ads Block Detector
Content Control
FS Poster
Jetpack
LiteSpeed Cache
Whisper link
SEOPress
SimpleTOC – Table of Contents Block

Even I have applied the image with webp format.

So is it possible for HTML to grow because of this theme?

Hi,
I have removed both the plugins now, Wp-Super-Cache and Autoptimize.
I have now purchased and used wp-rocket, can you please share the link for the best configuration for wp-rocket with the Newspaper theme so that we can fix the issue and also achieve better performance in terms of speed?
Thanks

Hello,

Please let me know if you tried to activate the theme, if there the message is unregistered, then you need to activate the theme with your code.
Check if there is an object cache applied on the backend. Here is a guide that will help you with this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ after the object cache file is removed the theme will remain activated. If the issue is till there, then we need your cpanel url and credentials too.

Thank you!

Hi sonicstadia,
If this is displaying sometimes, but not all the time, then it can be from the cache. Do you have the mobile cache enabled? (https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ -> https://i.imgur.com/ftWFdTe.png)
Also, if you want we can take a look at this in private via email at contact@tagdiv.com where you can also provide wp-admin access so we can check all the settings and see if there is something that can interfere.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
The cache plugin is correctly set. I see that you also have the autoptimize plugin, please set it like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/autoptimize-install-configuration/
Also, do you use Cloudflare (CDN), if yes, please check it like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
The wp-rocket can be used too. The users who use it reported a better performance in speed, but this plugin is not free.
Thank you!

Hi,

Seems this plugin creates an object cache file on the backend, so please delete the file -> https://supporthost.com/w3-total-cache/

Hello,

Please provide more details about your issue with screenshots and the link to your website.
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Also, please check this article https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-updating-failed-publishing-failed-error/
