Hi,
If you create a new page and you try to edit it you get the same situation? Do you use CDN? if yes, did you tried without it? Also, did you made any changes in the WordPress files, like permissions, redirect, cache? Do you use object cache?
If yes, then we’ll need to check those and if the problem is still there, then you’ll need to contact us via email. You’ll need to make a full backup for the website and the database. In email please provide wp-admin and cPanel access.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and check if this problem related to loading the website on mobile persists.
Also, to increase the page speed please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/slow-my-webiste/
Also, to change the logo for mobile please check this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello Daniel!
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and it looks that it is still deliver from the cache -> https://prnt.sc/75Ba8CMwnDpj
Also, something it is setting the css inline https://i.imgur.com/TOc59Zk.png I think that it is from some settings from the cache. It looks that almost everything it is coming from the cache -> https://i.imgur.com/kXztTol.png and if this problem is not happening when you are logged in as admin, thing the cache is the problem.
There are some cache plugins that even if you clear the cache or disable the plugin, the cache is still persisting, usually it is coming from a cache folder that was made.
Thank you!
Hi again
There must be an issue with the covid-19 header on the cloud.
I have totally reinstalled a site and the newspaper theme 4 times now. While totally isolated from caches and other external factors.
I am referring to the drop down menu at the top of the covid-19 header that I drag down from the cloud. Now even if I go to edit it and not actually do anything at all, and just hit the save button the drop down menu that shows 4 posts and images vanishes and I cannot get it back.
Ive tried 4 times on new installations and it keeps happening. I believe there is an issue with the cloud file.
Please check it and get back to me or let me know what the issue is
Hi Bettina,
it looks like the emails I sent as response to this ticket did not make it to you.
Question was – is this an issue only affecting us or a general plugin problem which we have to be patient until you have a fix?
Secondly is this related:
Mobile header in Chrome and Firefox.
It is not opening for us,
We can open the header in Safari just fine and also on desktop.
From what we checked, it seems not to be an issue with the cache.
Can you perhaps point us to the right direction on how to fix this?
You can check on https://www.livetube.tv/news

Hi,
please see my header, it’s deplaced after the site loads completely:
In the mobile view the header image/logo is moved down if you scroll. If I am logged in as admin, the error disappears.
Any idea? I’ve disabled the plugin cache and cleared the cloud flare’s cache, too.
Best regards,
Luke
Hello,
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Are you referring to the fact that not all posts are displayed or not all categories are displayed?
if not all posts are displayed, then, please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the block and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about offset feature, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Thank you!

Hi, I have a question about the Thumbs on Modules/Blocks section. I see that it can be enabled and disabled, but I also see that it generates copies in the images and wp already does that and therefore many images are generated, they could clarify to optimize capacity and performance.
Hi,
We have logout the instagram and facebook and reconnect after clearing the cache.
Result is as usual. No images in instagram footer.
Please check at this pic:
Would you recommend I get rid of all others? Guten Post layout and others that add to Gutenberg functionality? LightSpeed Cache? Thank you.
Hello. Thank you very much. It was indeed a cache problem. Already solved. Thanks for the reply and help.
Hello @frodojrr!
Our tested plugins with our theme can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/OnlJ_6PFY6nc
Please make sure that Cloudflare is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and you disabled the Rocket Loader.
Check this topic also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
We recommend using only one cache plugin, the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try the steps to logout and reconnect, it should work.
Also, please check if your client doesn’t have an object cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
So, the problem is solved when you clear the browser cache? This is strange.
Can you provide screenshots with all plugins (even if they are inactive)?
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and it looks that there is a single error that is coming from the cdn -> https://prnt.sc/x66Twg4ZYqQ2
Please make sure that all the cache and cdn are purged and check again. In case that the problem is still persisting. Please make a full backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hello!
Google refuses me to run ads to our Newspaper themed website https://positivenewsfoundation.org because our website is too slow.
I have already installed WP super cache, but how can I make the Newspaper theme lighter and loading faster and I have installed all plugins that come with the theme – which should I delete?
Kind regards,
Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.9.2 with the last theme version Newspaper 11.4.2 (if you have a theme version older, then tagDiv Composer does not work) and check to see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated, if not, please activate it, clear the cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’ve deactivated all caching apps and have cleared all cache from my browser, however, the problem still persists. I’ve sent an email so you can take a look.
Thanks,
Estelle
Hi again,
Been off site for awhile. But now im back.
Problem persist and from what I can see this is a issue that for some reason comes and goes?
When internet cache is cleared – the featured image appear both on sidebar in editor, and it also appears under prefs – panels. But after a day roughly. The featured image dissappears again for no reason (no updates done or any coding in theme) then we clear internet cache in browser again – and it comes back?
No cache plugins are present on site – no plugin conflicts as the issues occurs also when all plugins are inactive….
I am stunned as to why this is happening and why it occurs in a random fashion..
Regards, Henrik
How to create or insert space between sentences or paragraphs on the homepage?

I deactivated plugins took care of caches with no satisfying result.
Any intervention from your end will be highly appreciated.
It was working fine this morning and then it stopped. Trying to edit any page, or create a new page with the tagdiv composer just gets a grey spinner and then loads a blank white page.
I’ve tried clearing cache, disable cache, disable suspect plugins, check the resources in use on the dedicated server. Everything is up to date.
Anyone experience this? This is a very active site and is now crippled.
Hello, thank you for your prompt response. I deactivated the plugins and cleared my cache, I still see the error message on the posts.
