Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Usually when the mobile version appear on desktop are some problem with cache plugin, browser cache, please clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Make sure if you have followed the steps from this guide if you want to achieve good theme results.

Very important is to update all of these from the right section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IXc7chhp Remove all the old version of them and install them again form that section, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please let us know.

I’m referring to the weird crop focus I’m experiencing after 9.7 upgrade.
In short, before it was like this:

Seems that the other issues you are having happen only in Firefox, try and clear the browser cache in it’s settings and check again.

I’m Steve and I love your Newspaper theme which I’ve just bought.
Apologies if this is a newbie question but I seem to be missing something and can’t find it in the doc or forum…
Q1. I can see how to create a page from a Cloud Library page but, I like the Single Post templates better for a PAGE I’m trying to create. If I import the template, duplicate then I get warnings about ‘not created with tagDiv’ and can’t see how to instantiate the template into a page. Can you help please?
Q2. I have the mobile theme and AMP running but when I look at https://ulanua.com on a mobile I see the pink FastNews header background and can’t find where to change it to the blues of the main site. I’ve cleared caches and it still doesn’t work so I may be missing a setting.
Docs, links or suggestions much appreciated.

Update – I restored my site so as not to have broken images.
I actually don’t think I need the thumbnail regeneration … I think there’s a lazy loading issue. See this page: https://offmetro.com/world/category/destinations/
The first load everything looks great, then anything under the fold shows a broken thumbnail.
I tried:
uninstall/reinstall theme
deactivating all plugins
purging the cache
Turning off newspaper lazy loading
The update of the theme and all plugins went well until The update of the TagDiv Mobile Theme which returns this message: This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme!
Please make sure you’ve updated the theme properly! Follow this guide.
This is currently deactivated and the theme is loading and working normally. Caches cleared with no cache plugin active at present.

since the update to 9.7.1 I am having problems with the backend (http://domainname/wp-admin/ or any page from the backend… on SOME browsers:
Edge (solved after deactivating / activating TD composer plugin)
Opera
Chrome
Firefox: is ok
They throw following error:

A little weird is the fact that my other domain with NEWSPAPER installed does not have that issue.
I did clear browser caches, even installed e.g. OPERA freshly on another computer, and still get the error on all machines running OPERA or CHROME.
I reinstalled all THEME files and the Theme panel confirms I am running 9.7.1.
I deactivated the child theme but no difference.
Any help is appreciated.

after I did your action suggestion, the wp-admin worked again… but, all the days I want make it, diable plugins, clear cache, activate plugins. This is don’t good, what can I do to work all days without erros?

I did post this in reply to someone who had the exact same error message but for a different problem but I thought it might be a good idea to post separately.
I’m getting this error code but only on BuddyPress pages automatically created by BuddyPress – /Members, /Activity and /Groups etc. The error is …..

Everything is completely up to date. I updated via ftp, cleared caches etc. Turning wp_debug to true shows the same message.
I can’t work out what the problem might be. I tested on a staging site – same version of BuddyPress 4.20, Latest WordPress but only v 9.5 of Newspaper and the error is not showing.
There is also no error if I switch to WordPress 2019. So I think it is an issue with something in the theme after v 9.5.
Any assistance would be very much much appreciated. I have to get this resolved but I’m stumped.

Now it works the social icons work with clearing the cache a few items
The sticky menu/sidebar still doesnt work on firefix when clearing cache it snaps in place bud reload and its gone.
And in Firefox the share bar under the top and under post not showing

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option as I see on your screenshot, sorry! Provide your website URL and some useful screenshots with your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi,
In that case, please notice that your images do not have the right size and that’s why you bring these results. The thumbnail size has 324*235px. You can try to change and load another image, regenerate them using the Thumbnails Regenerate or Force Regenerate, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some plugins to optimize your images, please remove all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
