Hi,

I guess that your images get stuck to opacity 0. This error happens due to your untested plugins used by you. Please disable all of your untested plugins (Jetpack), clear all the caches and check the results. Also, try to disable the lazy load functionality from the theme panel from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uQCFn7BUaqjC and check the results.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

We are not getting this on any of our testing platforms so we cannot recreate it. If it was a theme issues, we would also have been able to detect it, but since this is not the case, I suspect there is an external cause for this.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Alternatively, if you did not replace all of the theme files we recommend you do so now. Delete all of your theme file structure as it was changed in the latest version.
Make the update the proper way by deleting your theme and installing the latest version as shown here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Thank you!

Hi,

This is usually from lazy load, please check our documentation for Cloudflare (CDN) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, is possible to have some plugins that use lazyload or may it is a plugin conflict.

If the problem is still there please provide me a link were I can inspect this problem.

Hi.

I’m getting a similar problem but only on three BuddyPress pages automatically created by BuddyPress – /Members, /Activity and /Groups. The error is …..

Warning: array_key_exists(): The first argument should be either a string or an integer in /home/oldpalud/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/init.php on line 31583

Everything bang up to date. Updated via ftp and cleared caches etc. wp_debug to true shows the same message.

Hope this helps. Best wishes.

I’ve done that. However the amp plugin doesn’t appear in the sidebar: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/9038673/56297973-432bad00-6129-11e9-8e5a-c41895167903.png

And amp authentication doesn’t pick up any amp links in the standard site after a cache clear.

Hi,

What kind of theme version you are using? In most cases, those errors appear when you are using an old theme version, sorry! Please notice that we recommend updating the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem persists after you have updated the theme, please put the wp_debug to true and check what kind of errors and warnings do you receive.

Hi Calin,
the requirments are ok from the first install and everything worked like a charm till the last update.
I’ve spent the entire morning in trying to do all the things you suggested in the list with no luck (no plug in/no cache/htaccess edit ect. ect.).
I’m not using the child theme (it was on before the last update), because also if i replace the child files with the latest version on Theme Forest, when activated the mobile version stop working..so had to switch to the main theme.
Also tried to rebuild from zero the homepage on a blank new page but when i start the composer i have the same message and the editor doesn’t load at all.
Please help cause we are near Easter and it’s one of the moment of the year in wich we have a lot of traffic of the website.
THANKS.

Hi,

I have a strange issue after the latest update.
Trying to access admin (wp-admin) page, I receive a blank page.
If I rename the td-composer folder (in plugins), I am able to access wp-admin page and to log in.
After log in, I rename back td-composer and everything is ok, until logout.
Trying to log in back, I receive a blank page again.
Front site seems to be ok.
I disabled the cache plugin (wp fastest cache) but still the same issue. I’m still using cloudflare.
I need help to locate the problem.
We could speak Romanian.

Thanks,

Costin
