Sometimes that happens, but if the cache works alright there should’t be any problems. I could add this issue to be investigated by our developer team.

From what I can see there is caching active for the website – http://prntscr.com/mnij2t If you don’t have a caching plugin maybe it is server cache, check with the hosting provider.
Only caching can prevent or delay the latest content from being displayed, because of a setting from it most likely. The theme itself does not have any caching, so in normal conditions as soon as for example a post is published it will appear immediately in an element sorted by latest and filtered to show content from all categories.

I found a very odd phenomenon about the speed of website.
I have set up several websites base on Newspaper theme.
One is the web https://nzlifenz.com/ which uses dedicated hosting from Bluehost with hight performance(4 Cores, 8 Threads,Speed 3.3GHz,RAM 16G,)
Another is web http://eaglevisiontimes.nz/ which only based on share hosting from Bluehost.
But I found the speed of eaglevisiontimes.nz always is faster than nzlifenz.com.
I have try my best to improve the speed of nzlifenz.com,according to https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
I have used the plugin WP Super Cache.
I have tried SpeedBooster plugin but it have no improvement so I disactived it.
I don’t know what is the main reason.They both use Newspaper theme.their difference is only that nzlifenz.com uses Newspaper V9.1 but eaglevisiontimes.nz uses Newspaper V8.5.1.
So I wonder if it’s because of the version of the theme.
I dare not update the theme anymore now.
Can anybody check it for me ?

I could register as a test contributor (ID: shariful_hamid) from header’s top bar but when I tried from there it shows, “User or password incorrect!”. Whereas, I can login using same id & password from amrai71.com/wp-admin.

Where do you get these errors? Provide some useful screenshots with these errors so I can localize them and also, so we can further investigate it closer. Make sure if your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, remvoe all fo uuntested plugins and chec the reuslts. I checked and both WP-Cache and WP-Super-Cache were 0KB, then I clicked on “List all cached files” and now all the sudden it appears that there are 144 cached pages, so I guess it works although the theme doesn’t detect the plugin.
Hello, It seems we are both seeing different things at different ends. I have just logged in again and could see that a few posts that were made yesterday are now displaying. However, I have just made another “test post” and cannot seem to find it on the homepage. Please note that the first block section at the top of the homepage is set to show any new post irrespective of the category where the post is made. It should sort all latest post and that it has been doing until suddenly it stopped yesterday.
I don’t have any cache clearing pluggin installed till yesterday evening while I was trying out several possible solution to the problem.
Please if you want I could give you login access to the website so you can figure the problem.

Are there cached files? – http://prntscr.com/mn2j08 if there are it means the cache works. If the website gets visitors the cached version should be served in this case.

That is the exact guide I read through prior to my first attempt. I read it again.
I carefully followed the directions, updating plugins, clearing cache, etc. but still I get a blank page.
I put the old version of Newspaper back and all is well. I’m not sure what else I can do? I will have to remain with the older version or hire TagDiv to update it for me.

Wait, never mind, thanks for your help. I finally see the changes, after about an hour since the change was made to the editor-style.css file. I’m not sure why it took that long when I had deleted the cache numerous times between the changes and verified in so many other spots, but I guess this means that the changes are at leat instated, though delayed.
Sorry for needing to message again, but there’s definitely something wrong. This is what I’ve done:
1. Made changes to the exact location in the editor-style.css file: https://i.imgur.com/QIrZwQv.png
2. Deleted the WP-Super Cache cache (and deactivated the plugin as well later on).
3. Tried three different browsers, and an incognito Chrome browser so that cookies would not be a factor.

6. However, when I ask a contributor to the website (and not an administrator/keymaster like I am) to see how the quotes appear when they’re creating a new post, the changes are reflected properly.
Would you know why that is?

I checked the page source and it says “Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache” although in the plugin settings it always says WP-Super-Cache (0KB). Any idea?

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
Also make sure that all theme plugins are updated and activated, clear all cache and try again.
