Can you update cache guide, please? WP Super cache dev has changed options and it’s a bit messy (some options are missing too).
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The following link breaks up. When I click it it reverts back to the page its in.
Is it a “cache issue”? How do I clear?
Site
Hi,
I’ve installed the Fitness blog plugin and would like to know how to change the background color of the sidebar columns? It’s currently gray, but I’d like to change it to plain white.
Also, I’ve installed the WP Super cache plugin as you guys suggested it, but the site is still running slow; is there any way to specifically set the plugin to see some improvements?
Do you recommend resizing pictures before uploading them to the site, or will it be fine to upload them directly from your camera. Will doing so affect the speed of the site?
Lastly, after setting my permalink to custom structure, when I directly click on a category name in the Main Menu, the browser displays the link as follows: the website address, the word “category” follows, then actual category name. I don’t want the word “category” between the site’s address and the category’s name. I checked the demo, I noticed the same display format. Is there any suggestions to help me fix the issue?
I was also wondering if the use of tags is necessary? Do I have to use tags along my categories?
Thank you.
Hi Catalin, thanks but it seems I already have TD Composer 2.1, and the cache was cleared yesterday. I re-installed the theme and it has the latest TD Composer in it. Not sure why that isn’t working.
Hello Lasyte_Solutions,
I have inspected your source page and I saw that you get some errors from your console, sorry! It seems that you are using some untested plugins which can break the theme functionality. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another subdomain and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Foxmediakit@gmail.com,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, otherwise, please update it to the latest version of it together with the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that all of these options should have to be available in our Theme panel.
Thanks for the message!
Hello veeru1saini,
Check the line height to the Theme pane land make sure that value is the same with the line height used for the menu. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Simon,
I have figured out the solution, provide as below:
When you set a FastCGI cache, make sure add a variable to specify agent, for now I’ll use $mobile_request
And we can add the code to http block:
set $mobile_request 0;
if ($http_user_agent ~* "(android|bb\d+|meego).+mobile|avantgo|bada\/|blackberry|blazer|compal|elaine|fennec|hiptop|iemobile|ip(hone|od)|iris|kindle|lge |maemo|midp|mmp|mobile.+firefox|netfront|opera m(ob|in)i|palm( os)?|phone|p(ixi|re)\/|plucker|pocket|psp|series(4|6)0|symbian|treo|up\.(browser|link)|vodafone|wap|windows ce|xda|xiino") {
set $mobile_request '1';
}
if ($mobile_request = '1') {
set $skip_cache 1;
}
next, find your fastcgi_cache_key section,
then add $mobile_request to the end of code.
For example:
fastcgi_cache_key "$scheme$request_method$host$request_uri$mobile_request";
This should be working, just remember to reload the NIGNX server.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
The mobile theme is sensitive when it comes to caching. It is compatible with the WP Super Cache which is the only caching plugin we have tested up to this moment
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You could consider using that caching plugin, or deactivate the mobile plugin which is not working properly in those circumstances.
Thank you!
Hello David144,
Please update the TD Composer (v2.1), clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello Maurafarah,
Sorry, but I did not saw any problems with your mega menu and items from your homepage, sorry! As I saw looks like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rKCpCWvqC9n Clear all the caches, purge CDN files, tap CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results. Also, provide some useful screenshots with your problems because I cannot recreate it at my end, sorry!
Thanks.
Hello blukid,
Clear cache browser, CTRL+SHIFT+R and also, try to use another browser, purge CDN files and check the results. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello JA,
This option should have to be available in WordPress. If the option is not there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi

The site is in any case regularly online and the article is saved with the changes.
What is it due to?
Thanks
Hi,
I’m using mobile theme, but there’s some problem when I use page caching. (I use Fastcgi_cache with Nginx)
If I enable the cache, the mobile theme will not show up. It shows original mobile layout instead.
But if I cached mobile theme first, the desktop version is gone, vice versa.
Is there any solution? Thank you!
Hello shinobu,
Make sure that your page builder is active (TD Composer or Visual Composer). The tags which are displayed on your frontend seems to come from Visual Composer. I suggest you recreate from scratch that page only with TD Composer, clear all the caches and check the results. Should works.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello GregStewart,
I saw that you are using too small images for this kind of post template and that’s why you bring these bad results, sorry! I suggest you load another big image if you want to use this post template. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Buna ziua,
Va felicit pentru aceasta tema.
Am un site wordpress cu tema Newspaper v8.7.2
Problema: Se incarca greu paginiile.
Folosesc VPS ubuntu 16 ( nginx, php-fpm7.1, mariadb, redisCache) + Cloudflare
Link: https://www.lowcarbspark.com/easy-keto-waffles-coconut-flour/
Nu stiu ce sa mai optimizez incat sa am o viteza de incarcare mai mica. Ce pot face?
Va multumesc mult si astept raspuns!
Hello,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the autoptimize plugin which can break some theme functionality. Disable this plugin, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area as a quick solution.
.td-header-style-5 .td-main-menu-logo img{
max-height: 48px;
}
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:0px
}
Thanks for the message!
Seems you have disabled the theme sharing at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MYqxPio5E
Regarding that issue, please clear all caches installed, clear CDN as well. Then clear the browser cache or test in a different browser.
Hello factografica,
Please make a full backup of your database to avoid losing all of your data and make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
The links seem to work just fine from our end. Please clear your browser cache and test again. try from a different device as well.
Thank you!
Hello Jesse,
I have inspected your screens and I saw that thumbnails are do not exist in our theme, sorry! Should look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Qn7obp1oso Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins (WP Autoptimize, WP Rocket, etc) which can break the theme functionality, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check the GD Library option to be enabled on your server.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
If you changed hosts, maybe you have a caching solution on the host and the view count does not work with cache. Please use this option: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Thank you!
Hello,
I think you mean the logo. The post title shows up properly. It is your site logo that does not seem to be working. Please disable all plugins except the page builder and amp plugin, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
