This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If you are trying to edit a page that has been created previously with another page builder, you will not be able to do so. The page has to be created from scratch using the tagdiv composer.

This kind of caching plugin is not tested with our theme and it does not recommend to be used in our theme, sorry! Use only recommended theme’s plugins if you want to achieve best theme results. Our recommended caching plugin is WP Super Cache.

1)To make these changes, you should use a bit of CSS code. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.

2)You should make some changes in tagdiv_theme.min.js according to the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/disable-related-videos-in-youtube-playlist/ To be simple, you have to edit the tagdiv_theme.js, uncomment the rel: 0 according to above topic and then, using an online tool for minification create the minify version of this folder and replace it with the content of tagdiv_theme.min.js Clear all the caches and check the results. Should work as expected.

Please keep in mind that you do not have the License for Visual Composer because this is a bundled plugin which comes with the theme core packet. Until now, please keep in mind that we do not have any bad reports in this case and the theme should work as expected by default. Try to make a new clean install to another domain and install the latest version of the theme via FTP way because this is the surest theme method. Clear all the caches and check the results. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results. Before each theme installing or updating itțs recommended to be made a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data.

Try to disable all of your untested plugins, leave jus to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Should work as expected. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case.

You should have to be active only the Td Composer, try to re-add again your Big Grid with our page builder and check the results. If the Visual Composer is active, try to disable it, clear all the caches and check the results.
