Hi
I still can’t duplicate the issue on my end.
However on a closer look over the site I’ve noticed that you’re using W3 total cache plugin. We didn’t tested this plugin and we can’t recommend it to be used so you can also try to delete all caches a fer times, just to make sure that are fully emptied then try to deactivate this plugin and check how it goes.
As a ache plugin we recommend WP Super Cache with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks!
Cant see my page on mobile. I get an error that says “The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it…”. I’m sure i dont have another plugin installed messing the cache.
Please advice.
Thanks.
Having issues with Mobile theme enabled. I’ve built blocks on the home page for desktop, but have nothing in the mobile editor (I just expected the default features and latest articles to show up).
However, when I visit the site on my iPhone, I see all the block codes.
I’ve added text in the mobile editor and the text will not show up.
Is there a setting I’m missing, an issue, or conflict?
Cleared caches, everything, but still getting the issue.
If you have auto updates turned on (not good idea), your site can post updates to plugins, WordPress, etc. which might break things.
Things don’t “suddenly happen” unless something changes on the backend. Theme cannot change your site without you. 🙂
Looks like you updated theme without also updating the VC plugin? Dunno.
Try checking you have updated version of VC included with latest theme version; try resaving your home page layout. Try clearing cache plugin and/or reset CDN if applicable.
Turn off any “minification” plugins that can break things, etc.
I’m not use any CDN (not even cache plugin), so i can’t help you. Give a shot: try to disable the lightbox & “lazy load” from theme (in the end is just an animation) if you use.
Hi
I’ve checked the sites on mobile with android, on iPhone and also with browser’s emulator and they works fine on my end. If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test them again.
Let us know ho it goes.
Thanks!
I have based my settings on one of the demos. But I
can’t seem to modify this green color that appear here and
there from the “news magazine demo”. I’ve checked “Theme Panel / Theme Colors” and “general theme colors, main menu colors / mobile menu colors. But still as the page load the green lines are shown in the menu as the page loads.. it’s replaced by my settings once the page has loaded completely but it looks a bit strange.
I also disabled / enabled speed booster plugin to see if it’s cache related.. but no.
Are there more color settings?
Hey @humans,
Your link is clean when you are log in?
I mean: http://yourdomain/wp-admin
I ask you because some host providers using different cache sistem and if your link begins with the port 8080 that is the problem.
Try without file compress (do not forget that some online tools can even delete some fragments).
If your code added doesn’t charge within inside style.css you have a problem.
P.D.: try to see your web when your are log in (this way you ensure that see a non-cache page)

Hello Rafay Raheel,
Unfortunately, I cannot access your website, sorry! First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDEN files if you are using the CDN system and try it again. Also, if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

Hi
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme if you’re using, clear all caches and also make sure that you don’t have any custom css which change the menu style then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!
Hello david.filat,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins and then, please make sure that you have enabled the Comment Box. I have tested on my side and the Disqus still appearing good and for the mobile theme, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/XDyADYmJJrm Disable all the untested plugins if you are suing something like this and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and try it again.
Thanks for the message!

Thanks for the tips Chris…
Not ranting – frustrated! As I stated above, we’ve done everything suggested already. In the inbishkek.com site, is the only instance where the problem is happening. In the testsite.inbishkek.com, a subdomain of inbishkek.com, where we developed it, no problems, even with lazy loading enabled. iNBishkek.com was first created in the testsite, after verification that it was working, all files were copied to the inbishkek.com domain a new database created and config files changed to point to the correct domain.
We scoured through the bowels of these forums, found only 1 post from 1 YEAR AGO, and support’s suggestion was to disable lazy load along with ALL plugins – a bunch of BS! But we did, the problem remains – occurring intermittently, for example; it worked fine over the weekend, today – Monday – the problem reappeared again.
What is weird is this; in the home page all images appear. In posts – style 8, the slider and the featured image do not. And this is my main source of frustration with this theme.
Caching is via Comet Cache WP widget (FKA Zen Cache), fully optimized, we’ve been using it for years on several premium themes – never a problem. We also cleaned the affected browsers – Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Vivaldi. Safari and IE are not affected by the problem.
Prior to uploading images, each JPG is reduced in Photoshop to 72ppi, then compressed with Caesium. When uploaded, they are optimized again with EWWW Image Optimizer. For CDN, we keep it simple, we use CloudFlare from the hosting provider and integrate it via WP. Also, to avoid any issues with integral components of the theme, we purchased licences for Visual Composer and Rev Slider.
iNBishkek.com is not a play blog or a simple site, it is a business site. Our client, iNBiskek Magazine, depends on it for revenue and has been operating a website for 2+ years, with over 500K visitors per month and retained iMedia to give their site a complete new look and feel. Newspaper7 was chosen for its appealing look and future possibilities. However, one little problem after another, poor support, and here we are; 1 month behind schedule, over budget and a fully functioning site is nowhere in sight, so forgive me if a rant a little…or a lot.

Hi
@NithishB We didn’t tested W3 Total Cache with our theme and we can’t recommend it, instead you can use Wp Super Cache plugin which is tested and works fine: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks!
Thanks Catalin, I have installed update and deleted the cache and sadly it’s still the same.
I think what I’ll do when I get a bit more time is to purge the theme and do a fresh reinstall. It might solve the problem.
Hi
I assume that this is a cache issue so try to clear all caches including browser’s cache then test the site again. If the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look at this issue.
Thanks!
Hi
@fpavic I’ve checked your site and I’ve noticed that you’re using cache for front-end content. This helps a lot when the page is prepared and the response time is lower.
With the back-end things can be more complicated. If you have lots of posts the response from database can be slower so you can try to optimize it first. Check this link for more details in this regard: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/query-cache.html – http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-clean-up-your-wordpress-database-for-improved-performance/
You can also make a test with a default wp-theme and check how it goes.
Let us know how it goers and if you still have this issue please address via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we ca have a closer look in your wp-install and maybe we can help.
Thanks!
Hello!
I have updated to the V 7.3 of Newspaper theme (running on WordPress 4.6.1). I have installed the tagDiv social counter plugin and activated it, but when I go looking for the widget is not there. I see a long list of tagDIV widget but no social counter. Could someone tell me what to do? I have cleared the cache several times too. Here is the link to the website: http://genitoricrescono.com
Thank you!
