Please keep in mind that if you have more than one category for your posts, please notice that you will have to set your desired category to be as PRIMARY that the theme to know what type of sidebar to be displayed, otherwise, you do not get the desired results. -> http://screencast.com/t/7z92KLGim Also, please clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello Not Guilty,
Please ensure that you have correctly updated your theme to the latest version of it only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches (server cache), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that our theme is a complex one which has a lot of code lines. I suspect your problem that comes from these updated plugins which interfere with the code source of the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues through the theme. As you can see, our theme has the own tested plugin, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/VuUrLqFI1 with the theme working as properly.
Please try my advice and check the theme to the default state (only with bundled plugins) and see how it goes.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello buczek,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which could create this type of issue in the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches (server cache), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Hello,
1)Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.vc_tta.vc_general .vc_tta-tab {
display: inline-block;
}
The result -> http://screencast.com/t/pQGIuc4gnoj
2)Please notice that you will have to filter that block by the desired category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/1ngh2i0a1z
3)Please notice that our News Magazine uses the Footer style 4 and you can choose this template from footer section in Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/0ayd2AvYt5
Also, if you have no success with this customizations, please try to make an NEW-clean install from scratch, with the latest version of the theme (without any untested plugins) and try again to install the News Magazine demo clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

I’m attempting to make an Image Carousel via composer via post (New Post/Visual Composer/Image Carousel). Newspaper Theme is 7.1.1 and Visual Composer is 4.11.2. I uninstalled and reinstalled via FTP. I disabled all the plug-ins but the Visual Composer, I cleared my caches. I tried 2 different computers and got the same result (just trying to rule out a computer glitch or something as well). I’ve done all that was suggested and still the composer still will not allow me to add images to the Carousel from the Media Library.

Hi
After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!
Hi
1. Use this css:
.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display:none;
}
2 Use this css:
body{
margin: 0;
}
3. The solution from indicated topic still works, make sure you have deleted the proper code, clear the caches then test again.
4. Use this code:
.td-post-category{
display: none!important;
}
Thanks!

@all
Hello,
We have no reports of problems with visual composer if version 4.11.2 is installed. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If you use the mobile theme, check your page back-end again as there are 2 editors now, scroll down a bit to find visual composer as the mobile editor is at the top.
If you still have issues with this and if there is a problem we did not find yet, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login to inspect this issue. We need to see the error if we are to fix anything.
@sigurbjornsson you seem to have used visual composer from a very early version and created your page with that version. Some elements from VC were removed/marked as deprecated by the plugin author in the latest versions so you will have to re-create these elements. They are tabs, accordions etc. you can see what element you need to re-create in this list: http://screencast.com/t/EESnECyBl5
Thank you!

Hi,
I have tested some of the youtube links that are not working on your site bu they seem to work properly upon embedding. This could be a plugin you recently installed that interferes with the embed process. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Let us know if the issue is still there.
Thank you!

Hi, I updated the theme and plugins (Revolution Slider – Js Composer – Social-Counter) to the latest version. Later I clear all cache and also CDN cache. Then clear browser cache. In any case Facebook Social counter shows 0 FANS.
I don’t know if Facebook App refers to my personal Facebook account (0 Fans) or to my site page (348+ Fans). It should be mi site page with 348+ Fans.
In Social Counter Settings I entered my Site Page for Facebook id: argentinabursatil
Also entered Facebook App Id, Facebook Security Key and Facebook Access Token.
Hope you can help me.
Thank You!
