That demo uses post template 8 I believe, that style displays the featured image as background, it is part of the design. The featured image cannot be disabled for that style because it will be broken.

In order to set the Custom Newsletter Signup end of Posts you need to use tagDiv Cloud Library and get a single template fro posts, edit it and add the newsletter after content and set it as template on the post you want to have the newsletter at the end of post.

Unfortunately there is no option for this, but you can use a template from tagDiv Cloud Library fro post templates, and edit it how you want ( remove the title posts)

I do not understand very well the problem you have with video post, if you refer to demos, you can have only one demo install on theme, but you can use the tagDiv Cloud Library and get from there the template for your posts( also you can edit them if you want ).

In order to get posts, categories on full screen you need to set some template from tagDiv Cloud Library edit the template (stretch row and content ) https://www.screencast.com/t/i8SQ5eS4 .
Do the same with the category templates, author templates.

If you are using custom template you’ll need custom css

You could experiment with flex block 1 which is similar to the ones you are mentioning. Colors can be set for the post title and post meta in flex blocks.

Block 56 you mention is made with flex block 1 and the settings I mentioned above. You can simply import it in your page and use it

Saving the shortcode will allow you to re-use it as many times as you want. What exactly is the problem when you are saving it?

All blocks have a post limit option and filter settings. What is the problem you are facing here?

Only flex blocks have this many customization settings, the predefined blocks (1->25) do not. These predefined blocks will always look the same as they were designed. With the flex blocks you can recreate all the other predefined blocks.
