I am using cloud template for footer. I changed it with TD composer and on desktop everything is fine. But on mobile I still see my previous footer. Tried to switch it on and off from ‘mobile theme’ but no satisfactory results as for now.
I have the same problem, and it disaper when I deactivate the “tagDiv Cloud Library”, but I need this plugin.
Can you explain, how you solve this problem?

We are going into cloud templates and we are editing them for our website, we save all changes, but on the website we don’t see any change. We can’t understand where we should to go edit what is visible on the website.

TagDiv Composer works only with Cloud Library Templates. You will have to Switch to cloud library templates in order to have access to tagDiv Composer.

Ok.
But after edit the footer from cloud template and get the error one time i culdnt edit the footer even from a page. I had to delete all footers (from trash too) and import it again from site manager and then i was able to edit footer from a page. Before that i tried to import footer from cloud template (not site manager) and got the same error. But now it is working. Thank you.
After changing to my custom domain I can test now the onpage seo on my blog. Therefore I used seobility.net: https://freetools.seobility.net/de/seocheck/www.topfgartenwelt.com and there are shown up many problems with the headings at all.
1. There is duplicate H1 on the Homepage –> how can I fix this? I created the header with a cloud template, the standard pack is disabled.
2. I used the flexblock 1 to show the posts. In the composer I have set the title tag SEO to H2, but in the audit they are shown up as H3 and they are duplicated. A H2 Heading is completely missing. This is for SEO not good at all. How I can get them to H2 and how I can delete the duplicate headings?

Sorry, unfortunately here is no option in our theme to change the h3 from mega menu.
In the last version, Newspaper v10.3.2 you can change the H from the related articles. For the “related articles” if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/6mr0dak.jpg go on relates articles and remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/6Cui4eg.png add a flex block and customize it -> https://i.imgur.com/jxwj7SK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/o561TyC.png

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, also if you are using Cloudflare (CDN), make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ clear all cache and deactivate the cache plugins, after that check again.

This has been resolved with a cloud block template that offers author name+image above the title + custom CSS. Thank you.
About my initial requests:
1) I’ve edited the tag translation, thanks!
2) I found complicated for me to create a new page starting from the Cloud template (manually adding all the new section on the page, need to find the caracter format, lots of manual work).
Instead, I created a new category with the same tag name, added the articles to that category and redirected the old url tag to the category url. Thanks the same.

In the default headers, next to the menu, there is a search icon on the right side.
When you click on that search icon, a search field comes up. That search field is actually a live search, where it will try to populate the results as you type.
We don’t want that feature, as we have a massive database, and each time someone uses this, it slows down the server. We just want people to type and then hit the search button.
I know there is a way to import a template from the cloud library, and then add a regular serch form. However, that takes up a lot of space horizontally, so the icon with dropdown search form is a great looking feature. We just want to disable the live search.

I updated the theme and since then the tagDiv Composer is not showing up, Its not even showing up in Cloud templates to edit footer etc.
Its all raw now.. please help. Tried enabling and disabling plugin.

if I click on “add new” from the cloud templates page with minimum plugins activated everything works fine.
But if I activate any of the following plugins the same action returns the error: “Invalid reply from server endpoint.”
– tagDiv standard pack plugin
– Yoast SEO plugin
– Wordfence plugin
Do you have any ideas on the reason behind this?

I have new issue after this now when we use a cloud template for the footer, we put the menu on sub footer area ( next to copyright text ), how can we make that menu centered? if we use default footer, its nicely aligned center and showing in a better format.

Disabled all plugins except tagDiv.
I tried to install another footer from Cloud Template but got same error.
