Please edit the cloud template and select the page title https://i.imgur.com/l45YrYS.png
and check that Additional text.
Thank you!
Update:
When I load an header template (from Cloud) the TD Composer for that header works, but still not for my old one. Still does not show up on homepage when i choose it for Global.
Still cant edit any other pages or templets either.

Hello,
Since I edited the theme entirely via the Theme panel without installing any cloud template, I cannot edit it with Tagdiv Composer. I want to do this via the Theme panel.
I want to know the hook name thats just show/print your custom content in loop

Is there absolutely no way to disable the MOBILE THEME in favor of a specific newspaper template (e.g., Cloud Woo Shop Base Templates Mobile Theme)?
Is there a feature like this, or something similar, currently in development?
Thanks
Hello,
Have you assigned the cloud templates for the custom post type and taxonomy global here ->
https://i.imgur.com/ptKhSvb.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/ ?
Now you use a standard template.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/suppression-page-cloud-templates/
Thank you!
I would like to inquire about how to customize the WooCommerce Shop page.
> tagDiv Mobile Theme: ACTIVE
> Cloud Woo shop base templates mobile theme: ACTIVE
> On the SHOP page, Enable/Disable Mobile Theme: DISABLE
> On the SHOP page, Enable/Disable Mobile Theme Page Grid: ENABLE
On other pages, when “Enable/Disable Mobile Theme: DISABLE” is set, the theme I configured loads correctly. However, this does not work for the SHOP page. What can I do to customize the SHOP page for mobile as well? Thanks
I purchased a License and since setting everything up as I have it on a sister website where everything is working fine. I can’t make changes to anything in the theme panel. It just keeps spinning and never saves. I can create new posts / Pages but I am unable to save changes to a page I made using Tagdiv editor. I have version 12.6.8 installed and reinstalled and for WordPress I have version 6.7.1 with the following plugins installed and active.
Yes, I did try deactivating all plugins non-tagdiv to see if it was a plugin conflict but no, and I do have all the same on the sister website with no issues. I tried on different browsers and even on different computers with no Love.

I followed the documentation to the letter, however this doesn’t appear to be working.
First of all, there is no option on the Cloud Templates page to add a translation version, like the screenshots here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/ (3rd screenshot is not what I see).
I managed to create different versions of Cloud Templates in different languages by duplicating them, and then moving them to their respective langugage.
For example, I have a “Romanian Header” and an “English Header”. Nevertheless, I cannot set the English Header to be global when the site is in english. If I set the Engligh Header to be global, then the Romanian version will have the Enlish header and vice versa.
I am trying to translate each and every one of my Cloud Templates (including Header/Footer templates).
These are the steps I am following:
You should be able to follow this documentation to have different images per header. Make sure you have followed these steps:
1. I have set Cloud Templates as translatable in WPML -> Settings -> Post Types
2. I translated the Template by copying all fields, as explained in the documentation.
3. I edited the translation using tagDiv.
4. Once the translated template is saved, I go to theme settings, select a secondary language using the admin language bar at the top, and select your translated header.
However, doing this results in the header being changed in all languages. It doesn’t seem to preserve different headers for different languages.
the documentation link I shared contains some helpful screenshots.
Hello!
You should import a blank cloud template from the Cloud Library and rebuild the design using the tagdiv Composer shortcodes. You can customize only cloud templates with the help of the tagdiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
Did you assign the single template to an article? Or make it global and check again.
Ensure the background color is black from the Newspaper -> Theme colors -> General theme colors. Set the color for the content zone: https://app.screencast.com/xBegephuZk2IW
Installing the templates separately from the Cloud Library won’t come with all the demo settings.
Thank you!
Hey!
I’m having a problem editing clients website. There is a customized header that I can’t edit:

What is the best way to edit this existing header in the tagDiv composer? How can I edit the search functionality?
Hi there
I downloaded single post template-Crypto Gaming PRO from cloud library. In “Live Preview” the body of this template is black, but after when I edited it with TD Composer, I realized its body is white, and some components are not correct. I am surprised why “live preview” is black; however, when editing with TD Composer, it is white!! Do I have to add some CSS code to that template to make it black?!!

Hello!
I recommend getting the latest updates on WordPress, PHP, and theme.
We do not have an ad manager so that you can manually turn on and increase revenue.
It also depends on the ad you are using. For example, use networks that prioritize fast-loading ads, like Google AdSense, Media.net, or specialized platforms like Ezoic or Mediavine. Use a CDN to deliver ads and other content faster to users: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Page Caching: Employ a caching plugin like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed Cache to reduce server load and speed up ad delivery.
Avoid Overloading Pages: Too many ads can slow your site and negatively affect user experience. Prioritize high-paying ad spots.
AI-Based Ad Optimization: Use tools like AdSense Auto Ads or platforms like Ezoic that use machine learning to optimize ad placements and sizes dynamically.
Thank you!
Hello!
I suggest you use cloud templates to choose the shortcodes on each page.

Hello!
Each element has the option to hide it in the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/1FJiMub9ke4s
In your case, you can have two single cloud templates. Assign the template with ads for the specific posts, and for those you do not want to show ads for, apply the single template without ads. Unfortunately, we do not have a manager for ads, so you can specify the posts you do not want ads or reverse.
Another workaround that came to my mind is to use a custom field shortcode with an acf type wysiwyg. There, you can add HTML code. For example:
1. Create the ACF: https://app.screencast.com/YIkaxyXzY75su
2. Edit the article with Gutenberg to add the ad code: https://app.screencast.com/Cj3p6j4nM5ywF
3. Add the custom field shortcode into your single cloud template, select the custom field created: https://app.screencast.com/aKO5Q5kXVROT7 Save and view the results.
If a post has no code added in Gutenberg in that field, it won’t appear on your front end.
Thank you!
Dear Team,
I am encountering a critical error on my website related to the td-cloud-library plugin. Here are the details of the error from my logs:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_post_type_archive() on string in /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/td-cloud-library.php:184
Stack trace:
#0 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): tdb_add_js_variables()
#1 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters()
#2 /wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action()
#3 /wp-includes/general-template.php(3064): do_action()
…
The issue appears to originate from td-cloud-library.php on line 184, where the is_post_type_archive() function is called on a variable that seems to be an invalid string.
This issue causes a fatal error to occur when an admin account enters a non-existent link (instead of returning a 404 result).
Hello!
The old widgets mentioned there are no longer available.
If you use the cloud templates, you must display the widgets from Appearance -> Widgets using the Widget sidebar shortcode.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer and choose a header template from the Website Manager or go to the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and set a header template as global. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Clear all caches and check the results on your front end.

Hi, the website becomes non responcesive once the TagDiv Cloud Library activated. Any advice would greately appreciated. Thanks.
I am working on customizing a post template and need assistance with the following:
Current Layout: The post template currently includes a default sidebar on the right-hand side.
Proposed Layout: I would like to add a new “Widget Sidebar” element to the left-hand side of the post template(see image). The post content should wrap around this new element and continue below it to fill the available space, as demonstrated in the image:
View Image.
I went through the cloud templates and did not see anything resembling this.
Is this even possible? Could you please provide guidance?
Hello!
Yes, exactly. It would be best if you did not index cloud template links.
Thank you!
Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/suppression-page-cloud-templates/
