Hi,
So you want to add Facebook comments on mobile when using the mobile theme. The above should work same as before, there were’t any changes made to the mobile theme.
When using the mobile theme it will not matter what post template is used for desktop. There will be one predefined post template used for all the posts
– http://www.screencast.com/t/RkXH3FXXiWJv
To display Facebook comments in the cloud templates would not be possible, these don’t have php files in which you can add the code, like for default post templates.
Hi,
Yes you can, our blog is made with newspaper using tagDiv composer, also you can find more templates/pages in tagDiv Cloud Library plugin , were you can edit them how you like, ore create a new one, all you need is some skills for design and test with the items.
You can use an affiliate link to test the cloud library and tagdiv composer
https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
Here is an example of the pages, just paste the below code ( from the url ) in a page like in screenshot
https://www.screencast.com/t/6V5il7Mm
Thank you.
Hi,
You can make the elements inside the page have a higher width or full width, not the actual page as a whole.
For example you can stretch the rows used in the page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RmCEWTPmqOB
Then you could use flex blocks in the page, flex grids or full width grids.
There are 10 types of full width big grids – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Through the cloud library you can import blocks designed by us based on flex blocks, preview and even edit them here
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hello. We face this when try to edit the single post template, it only works with one post which is this: https://test.birgun.net/secimler-yaklasirken-yine-o-soru-ekmegi-nasil-bolusecegiz.html
Also, when i try to enter Cloud Templates panel on admin bar, i get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes) in /var/www/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743
Could you please help? Thank you.
Hi,
In order to make some changes in cloud single post template , you need to go in wp-content>plugins>td-cloud-library>shortcode>single>tdb_single_date.php
https://www.screencast.com/t/skbAJPpF
But be notice that if you make theme update you’ll need to make the change again, because the update will override the changes.
Hope this will help you.
Thank you for your understanding
Dear Sir,

Anyone?
I’m also having problems to activate Disqus comments in Cloud Templates post models. Is it possibile?
Thank you Simion for your response.
We’ve invested a lot of time in carefully designing our website using your Cloud Templates so reverting to the standard category template isn’t an acceptable solution, nor is discontinuing the use of the plugin that enables our podcast to work.
As an interim solution since I haven’t gotten a resolution that solves the actual problem, I have created a page that is identical to the Cloud Template originally created for the category and redirected the category to it.
This way, when someone accesses the category — https://www.theapex.racing/the-braking-point-podcast, they are transparently taken to the page at https://www.theapex.racing/the-braking-point. Because the category itself retains a standard Newspaper template, the functioning of the feed located at https://www.theapex.racing/the-braking-point-podcast/feed is unaffected.
This solution has worked fine, except we also use your mobile theme. By redirecting the category to a page, we have to create a mobile page that acts like a category.
Is there a way I can add a post loop of posts from a specific category on a mobile page?
Hello,
I wrote my problem here https://themeforest.net/comments/20793623 and after installing the cloud library plugin I can finally edit post templates. Thank you, but my third question wasn’t really answered.
How I can actually use a pagebuilder on the post content itself? I mean not to edit a template, but for edit the post itself. For example I want to be able to insert colums in the text or add divs and change the background etc. Actually same as editing a template but editing the post content. I hope you get what I mean.
I’ve already read some other posts here in the forum which asked the same question and you say that it’s just not possible and we should use the WPBakery plugin instead. If I edit a post with that plugin, will I still be able to use the template for it + sidebar etc? Will it just edit the post content or the whole post will have an empty template and I have to build it from scratch without sidebar?
However, if I activate it, I can’t edit any post at all anymore. If I click “edit”, I just get “Error 500”. If I deactivate WPBakery, I can edit my posts again.
Do you plan to support posts-content by the TDcomposer in the future? Or at least give it support for third-party plugins like Elementor. That would be great. I don’t see any possibility to add simple things like colums, divs with bg etc. in a post right now at all. For example on other websites I always used Elementor and it worked perfectly. I could add textboxes, divs with content etc.
I have to say that it’s really disappointing for me to use Newspaper so far, since it is only possible to write simple text (with pictures) and nothing more as posts.
Greetings
No cloud templates.
We used one of pre-defined post template (number 8 https://monosnap.com/file/4Fnj922rgCsiN7T1ezVOFloLr1mjJM). All posts are set to default “From Panel” settings https://monosnap.com/file/JlBIbd4GQUJYr5vGCem20qg0dYypOH
Yet all posts look like default template, no matter what we choose
Hi,
That is the cloud smart list style 4, sorry for misunderstanding. Can’t say I know how exactly that would be possible. the position will snap to the top when the pagination is used.
There are a couple of default smart list styles (not cloud styles) that scroll differnetly
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/smart-list-style-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/smart-list-style-3/
Maybe use one of these styles.
Good evening,
I have to insert the post update date in the Cloud template structure for post.
I would like to know where you can enter the code for a correct view.
Thank you
Hello,
I’m using Cloud Templates in my blog and there’s a little problem. Every a few minutes the templates are disabling themeselves in theme panel. So if i need to do some changes, i have to set the templates every time to keep them enabled or they will be disabled if i save the theme settings without set them.
Are you aware of this issue or there’s already a way to fix it?
Regards
Hi,
What did you use before? Was it a cloud post template? If the template used was deleted or the cloud plugin deactivated, they will switch back to the general default post template set in the theme panel.
Changing the general post template in the theme panel will work, if the posts are set to inherit the general template

Thanks
Hi,
Please deactivate the rocket loader, in order to do that please follow querfuly this tutorial about Cloudflare (CDN) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you.
Hi,
So if I understand correctly the only way to get 3 images in a row in the post itself is to use the WP Bakery Pagebuilder in the post? And make a surrounding template in the Cloud Templates. Will that work or will it break the page in some browsers? I mean; is that a recommended stable solution?
Or are there other ways to layout the post itself?
Should I use HTML?
It would be great if Tagdiv Pagebuilder also worked in the post itself.
Hi,
Please make show that you have the last version of theme, and the tagDiv Composer updated and activate, check to have the last version of tagDiv Cloud Library activate.
Also make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all requirements that are lower.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
I can’t say I could help you with this unfortunately. If the problem is only when using cloud templates, then the cloud plugin would be the problem.
We haven’t made any testing in this matter with the plugin and cloud templates, I don’t know what could be the problem.
Maybe consider not using a cloud template for that category and have a working podcast feed. Our plugin is still in beta so it’s functionality will be improved in various aspects, over future updates. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you!

Hi,
It may have been something temporary with the cloud server, does the same happen if you try again now? Please let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
You can install the demo without the content, just with settings https://www.screencast.com/t/Th2R3bGJ70E
Or you can use a homepage from tagDiv Cloud Library
https://www.screencast.com/t/qhiMsmLaN
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
That page is built with the tagDiv composer and contains multi-purpose elements, editing it with WPBakery will not work. The shortcodes will not be recognized by WPBakery.
The cloud library plugin also only works with the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Pages that are built with the tagDiv composer should only be edited with it.
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi Calin,
It seems like you did not quite understand my question so let me try again.
There appears to be an issue with the Newspaper theme and WordPress setting for blog posts. Let me explain by giving you a few examples.
I created a page using the Tagdiv composer which is fine. Here is what the page looks like before I go to the settings in WordPress and I assign it as the official “blog posts page” – https://www.staging1.successunscrambled.com/our-podcasts/
If I head over to the settings in WordPress and go to settings -> reading -> posts page and place this page or a duplicate of that same page as the official “posts page” this is what happens – https://www.staging1.successunscrambled.com/loop-template-9-full-1/
As you can see in the 2nd example I used a cloud template without any adjustments as the page.
Where in the Newspaper theme is there template coding that instructs the page to behave differently when it is assigned as the official “posts page”? As you can see this coding overrides the fact that I want this page to be displayed as a regular page without a sidebar but there is a bit of coding somewhere that is preventing that from happening.
Can you please advise?
Thanks,
Alven
Hi,
Seems to refer to a cloud template. Please check if the cloud library plugin is active. If it’s not activate from the theme plugins panel

Let us know if this solves the problem.
Thanks
Hello Support!
Just when I thought that this was the best theme ever I encountered the dreaded Error at rows Tag Divi composer issue.
It began all of a sudden, like it was okay in the morning when I was setting up some cloud templates and in a few hours I faced the issue.
Because of the excellent forum resources here at Tag Divi I checked most of the strings on this topic. Included the most recommended ones by you guys, the support.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-editing-a-cloud-template/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-opens-a-blank-screen/
Disable plugins
Since this theme has almost everything I need I did not add many extra plugins, the ones that were added were from the recommended list by the authors.
Anyhow I disabled all the extra plugins and that did not help.
WP super cache setup
I set it up as recommended and later disabled it and that did not solve the issue.
System status green
This had been done as soon as the theme was installed, As you can see from the screenshot
http://prntscr.com/li4zfl
Everything is green except Wp super cache which has been disabled on purpose.
HtAccess fix
As recommended
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
Added the code at the beginning of the file and did not help.
Other things
Tried in incognito mode
Problem happens when I try to create a new template and even when using the tag divi composer for a new page. This is a blank page so the issue cannot be because of something on the page.
I have another newspaper theme setup where everything works okay. 🙁
My developer and I have been trying to sort this out for a week and are at our wits end.
I know every issue is important but if I cannot make this work I’m sure to lose my job. 🙁 🙁
Please help me out
Regards
