Hello!
Make sure you have all the plugins installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Activate also the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although I recommend you to use cloud templates and also cloud header templates and change the logo in the tagdiv Composer.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Thank you!
Hi, In our Google Search Console, we continue to be informed that various pages show a no-index. We have checked every one of your cloud templates, etc. and they are all marked index, yet we continue to receive these messages in Google Search Console. We also have Rank Math and they have informed us that we have everything configured right in the Rank Math panel. Seems the issue is on your end. Please help.
Sorted. I cleared cache but didn’t clear the Cloudflare cache. Once I did it worked as normal.
Hello!
I can see that you use Elementor. Unfortunately, you can’t use 2 builders in the same time.
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hi There,
I have hidden one row from the footer template and now I want that row to be visible but I am not able to find the row that I have hidden in the template.
Can you please help and let me know how can I see the hidden elements in the cloud template?
I am unable to change the header background for posts on mobile devices. It works fine for the homepage.
There is only one global header template from the cloud library.

how to resolve this error message
Hi, Bettina. Thank you but that is just a generic post about critical errors and why they happen. The issue in this case is that your cloud templates are poorly coded, which has been documented by the developers of the Molongui Authorship plugin here:
https://www.molongui.com/help/tagdiv-cloud-library/
It might be helpful to refer folks to this info in your support forum whenever you suggest the Molongui plugin as an option for multiple authors, so they are aware that there are issues caused by your TagDiv Cloud Library. I have been in contact with the Molongui devs, who may be able to provide additional code to work around the issue, and I will be happy to share any info and/or code that results from this if it can benefit anyone else in my situation.
Hello!
Make sure you do not set the category template as global and only assign it to a category page. Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Can you please provide more information about your issue?
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results, and assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
Also, clear your cache.
Thank you!

De-installed “Forest Beat” and ALL plugins. Installed plugins via Newspaper > Plugins: tagDiv Composer, TagDiv Cloud Library…
Same error. 🙁
tagDiv Cloud Library - Plugin deactivated.
This plugin is not supported by the current theme!
Plugins disabled automatically
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Cloud Library
For update please check the plugins section
What’s next?
Hello,
Please use the main theme.
Also, please delete the tagdiv cloud library, and install it from Newspaper -> plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
The theme panel option for the inline image refers for standard templates, and you have a single post template from cloud that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer, there you can select the post content and add you ads in inline ads section – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ – https://i.imgur.com/7Vnpbg2.png
Thank you!
On a freshly installed WP based on MariaDB 10.4 and PHP 8-0 I am using Newspaper with the child theme and I am trying to get “Forest Beat” running. tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Newsletter are installed and activated.
When I try to activate the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin I get the following error.
tagDiv Cloud Library - Plugin deactivated.
This plugin is not supported by the current theme!
How can I solve this issue?
I’ve been through tht twice already and the prblem is still persisting. Here’s what theconsole log shows.

Hello,
Please use cloud templates -> https://tagdiv.com/why-tagdiv-cloud-library-is-a-better-alternative-to-the-standard-pack/ because the standard templates are limited, so you can create the anchor links.
For standard templates will not be added improvements.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the wp-memory to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Thank you!
While trying to load the cloud templates , the page says loading templates
Hello!

Hi, we’re using the Molongui Authorship plugin on our site as that is the one you have recommended. Overall it is working, but when an author’s byline is clicked to go to the Author archive page, the site crashes with a critical error. The site’s error log shows:
Thu Aug 29 10:52:34.713871 2024
[proxy_fcgi:error [pid 1114142:tid 1114214 [client 108.53.178.178:0 AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “td_util” not found in /home/880971.cloudwaysapps.com/pjkwkavkqf/public_…………cludes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action()\n#5 /home/880971.cloudwaysapps.com/pjkwkavkqf/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(259): do_action()\n#6 {main}\n thrown i…’, referer: https://devsite.rethinking65.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_plugins
Is there any way this can be corrected? We are using the absolute latest version of the theme (12.6.7) and this is happening with all plugins except the TagDiv ones disabled.
Hello,
Did you have tried the steps from here ” A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.”?
The cloud templates are in the cloud templates section https://i.imgur.com/EYUGxIR.png
Global” means setting a global template, for example, a header for all pages and a template for the respective language.
It is not necessary to set them in the child theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
